Checking in was so easy and the receptionist is sooooo nice!!! I wish that the waiting area was a little bigger. My friend had to wait in the hall until I was done.

I've had to go to this LabCorp location twice this year so far and they are AMAZING! The check in process is easy and they are so fast. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and oh so gentle with the blood draw. My only suggestion for the patients is to have a copy of your lab order in hand. It makes it easier for both parties.

I have had the opportunity to have my blood drawn from this facility a few times, and I must say there is one person there that is spectacular in their job. Everywhere I go no one can seem to find the veins in my arms, but at this place, there is a lady named Debra Who gets them the first time every time. I have also heard other people speak of her and have nothing but good things to say, and some of them say they don’t want anyone else to stick them but her. I agree 100% with them. if you visit this facility, ask for the lady named Debra.

It allowed me to book an appointment for today and when I got there, there was a sign on the door saying they're closed. Another customer also showed up when I did. The incompetent employees of this place should've called everyone who booked an appointment to notify them of the closure!

I have been to this lab several times. I do make an appointment, and they take me on time and are kind and polite. Surprised to read some of these comments, because I don't even have a bruise from the blood draw. Maybe you need to lead with a 😊

I’ve used this lab several times. I’ve never had any issues, the staff has always been kind to me, I did not catch the name of the girl who took my blood today but she was great. They also always seem to run pretty on time too.

I need weekly blood draws with one courtesy draw along with my others. My courtesy draw is packed in the shipping box that I provide and also the FedEx shipping envelope that I provide. I then take that shipper and drop off to a FedEx shipping location where it us then shipped back to the University of Michigan.
I always call ahead and make sure that each location will do that sincei am traveling for the winter.
At this location this morning they told me that I could not do that after I was told that they would do it. Before I finally left with my sample the lady took down my phone number and tracking number and kept insisting that I couldn't leave with the sample. I told her to quit being so snotty, which she was very snotty and rude, and away I went. I hope I never have to go to this location again and deal with this lady or be treated like this.
If you ever need blood work done I would avoid this location at all costs.

This has to be the worst place I’ve gone to medically. People at the front are rude, the process in which they call people up doesn’t make sense. PEOPLE ARE COMING HERE TO CHECK THEIR HEALTH AND WELL BEING AND THIS IS HOW THEY GET TREATED. Debra was the only saving grace.

Rude lady at window stated they had no fax number for my doctor and I should provide it. Other visits have been ok. Techs are always good.

Staff was very nice and did an online app been waiting almost a week for my results to be faxed over to another doctor and still waiting all they can tell me is that everything is faxed
