We stopped in to try out the selection at our local Mattress Firm in Murrells Inlet. We were greeted upon entering the store by a nice gentleman named Darwin. He was super helpful without any pushy or gimmicky sales tactic's.He listened to our needs while also explaining the difference between brands. We never felt rushed in our process of testing each mattress out. We look forward to receiving our new mattress(in 2 days) and thx to Darwin, we feel confident with our final choice!

Michael was quick to approach, asked my needs ,, gave selection to choose from ( w/ overall description of each pillow ) .. walked out a happy customer!? NO RETURNS ON PILLOWS !!

We recently purchased a mattress at the Murrells Inlet store and were very happy with the sales people and the delivery personnel, all were efficient, courteous and very helpful. Darwin was the sales person and Juan was the delivery person.

Darwin was our salesperson and he was the most courteous and knowledgeable salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He knew his products. Gave us full details and was very patient and wasn’t pushy but was engaged in the process. We will be repeat customers
