“I wanted to stop in and take the time to write a review on David Holt customer service representative for Verizon at this location. I have been working with David for about 5 years this at this location and I can only say that every customer service representative should want to be as stellar as he is. I genuinely believe that David is the epitome of a customer service specialist! Every single time I have ever needed help he has always been at my beck and call and honestly taken care of everything I needed in a very timely manner. I don't think I've ever seen anybody who can multitask and give each customer at the same time the devoted attention that they need and desire. I've known David just from talking to him about his extracurricular activities in sporting and I realize that it takes a special person to do the things that he does as well as being a family man. I genuinely trust David with my phone which is my life. If I can't figure it out I know all I have to do is just stop in and give my phone to him and he will have it figured out in moments! It's such a good feeling to have such a kind young man help you. As we said yesterday in talking our phones are everything to us so I feel like he's the phone doctor for me! Again I want to thank David for being a wonderful employee for your company. That store in Murrells Inlet is always such a nice experience walking in. All the employees there always are so willing to help and I'm very thankful for that!”
