“T” is VERY friendly and helpful. He will tell about good deals, or recommend and answer questions. He’s very nice! Plus, if you’re a local, give them your phone number (every time). After spending $100 (not all at once), you get $5.00 off!

Hot Shot Liquors is such an amazing liquor store. Customer service is top notch & owner is so friendly and very helpful. Great selection & have customized engraving on some of their alcohol. I highly recommend using them & making them your primary store. You will never be disappointed. See for yourself.

The most rude owner/manager ever. Came in to buy something vi was in a playful mood and threw a $20 bill on the counter. She asked name why I was being so rude. When I told her I wasn’t being rude but just having fun. she doubled down and told me I was being very, very rude. Every single time I frequent this store she is alway distracted and on her headset phone. Rarely even makes eye contact. Does other stuff rather than taking care of the customer in front of her. Talks to her “friends” rather than paying attention to the customer. Very, very rude individual. Taking my business elsewhere forever.

Quinn was amazing. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. And was also very funny, kept us entertained while we waited for my husband to come in the store. She enjoys life. Give this girl a raise!

I WOULDNT DARE SHOP WITH THESE ROBBERS EVER AGAIN. THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE BLIND. IF YOU GO AROUND ANY PLACE IN MURRELLS INLET THE SELECTION THEY HAVE ON PRICES YOU WILL FIND BETTER ELSEWERE IN MURRELLS INLET. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF YOU USE YOUR CARD THEY TACT ON 4 EXTRA DOLLARS ON YOUR CARD. THEY MAKING MONEY OFF OF US OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE AND STOP SHOPPING HERE. THE BETTER BUSINESS BUERUA WILL BE INVOLVED ITS DOWN RIGHT SAD THE OWNER KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AND THATS ROBBING CUSTOMERS BLIND. ANYPLACE BUT HERE WILL GET MY MONEY FOR THE SAME SELECTION THEY HAVE AT A BETTER PRICE

Don’t you dare show up here without knowing their closing time. Was looking to run in and grab a couple bottles of patron didn’t realize they closed at 7 and the girl yelled at me “yo you know we close at 7 right?” Then had the audacity to give us dirty looks when we were driving away. Unprofessional and completely trashy! Looks like Owen’s gets my money!
