I placed an order with the Home Depot system, and they delivered it wherever they pleased. My order is now over four hours away, and I called the store to resolve the issue, but no one answered. Then I called customer service, and they didn't answer either. I can't cancel my order, and I can't pick it up because it's too far away. I asked them to send it to a nearby store so I wouldn't have to cancel the order, but they're hesitant to do so. What terrible service! They really need to improve this, as it's not the first time this has happened. A few months ago, my brother and I had a project, and the exact same thing happened. Luckily, that was resolved quickly, but not this time. I just hope they resolve this soon since my order is already paid for, and if I can't get my order, at least they should refund my money.
