“Rose Real Estate just sold our beach house in Oceanside Village. Christy, who handled our sale, did an awesome job. She is friendly, hard working, always upbeat and got the price we wanted. She deserves 5 stars. However, Rose Real Estate's 9% commission is outrageously high and is the reason for the 4 star overall rating. While Christy did a great job, Rose Real Estate did nothing extra that would warrant a commission of 9%. The house was in great shape and sold itself because of the condition and location of the house. But if you buy in Oceanside Village you are leasing their land and you have to live by their rules. So we just accepted the large fee as a price of doing business there. We had no other choice, but I would never live on leased land again.”

“I stayed at Pawleys Pier Village, PPV F6. It was a nice condo and had adequate furnishings. It was was all clean except the floors. It appeared they had only been swept and not mopped.”

“My wife and I started planning a move from Omaha NE to the Hammock Coast in the summer of 2018. We did some research into local realtors and connected with Trevor and Ashby. Based on the description and photos we know this house checked all the boxes for what we wanted. We were able to get our pre-qualification letter from our lender to them Monday morning, put an offer in at noon, and it was accepted at 3pm. We knew there were several other families looking at this great home, and Trevor and Ashby made the case for our offer.We closed on the house before Christmas, and moved (goodbye Omaha winters) the first week of February. We’re all settled in now, love our low country forever home, and looking forward to life on the Hammock Coast. 5 stars. Highly recommended for their knowledge and professional approach.
