We stayed at Tis Grace. I’m sure it was beautiful when it was new, but it is in dire need of attention. Disappointed in cleanliness. There is mold coming from vents, shower curtains had mold, kitchen had ants that had been reported 2 months ago (according to guest book), deck was very old and weak, drains were slow, vacuum was broke (we were going to vacuum it ourselves). We have paid less for nicer homes. :(

Stayed at Tis Grace property and condition was not ideal. House was dirty, has mold coming from vents, has ants in kitchen, killed multiple cockroaches, deck is in poor condition with extremely loose railing, nails sticking out on deck and boardwalk, shower curtains had mold, showers drain very slow, air conditioning unit extremely loud even from inside of house

Anchors Away was the perfect place to stay. Absolutely wonderful! The pool, the hot tub, the home .., everything was great! Hope to stay here every time we decide to come to the beach! It was also so convenient to beach access! We couldn’t have asked for a better place and Sea Star realty were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. They respond to every need! The ice maker wasn’t working and they brought us ice! Such a great vacation! Thank you!!

First off sea star adds fees left and right after you book, a $500 security deposit and parking fees. On top of that the house we booked had mold, cockroaches inside, the pool was not cleaned, wifi was not working the whole week so TVs nor the AC worked. Cabinet doors broken and some of the doors would hardly open or close. They were not helpful at all and would not give us any kind of refund. Will never use them again and would leave a 0 star if i could. Do not recommend.

Incredible view from the balcony, great pool and jacuzzi nearby, we were especially pleased in September. It is very convenient that there are a lot of dishes, pans, pots and everything you need for the kitchen. A good washing machine and dryer, super convenient and comfortable that after bathing or swimming you can wash and then dry your clothes. The design of the room is very stylish and pleasing to the eye. Wonderful layout of the rooms and very comfortable furniture in the hall. Convenient system to get into the room, you need to know the code to open the case with the key. It's cool that you don't have to communicate with the hotel employee to check into the room.

Such a wonderful vacation! Giant Jim’s was the cleanest, most well-kept home we’ve stayed in, and Sea Star was excellent to work with! We rented from a different realty company last year and it was a nightmare! We will try to use Sea Star every year now! Thankful for your team!

We just finished a week at Beach Retreat at the end of July. The location of the house is great, right on the beach. However, the house itself really failed our expectations. We have used Sea Star in Garden City in the past and that house was top tier. "Beach Retreat" definitely needs some fixing up with an extensive interior cleaning and a paint refresh. The amount of dust on basically everything (walls, windows, corners, mirrors, fixtures) really shows a lack of care. The walls are all marked up and it looks like it hasn't been painted in years. The deck was missing a post, luckily we didn't have any small kids because a child could easily fit through the space and fall off the deck. The hose to rinse off was "jimmied" with a clamp to hold the spray nozzle which kept disconnecting so you'd have to go back into the sand to get under the deck to turn the entire hose off. We did call for maintenance and he came the next day to try and replace the hose, however he couldn't get the hose disconnected from the faucet so he returned with another tool and some spray to try and get it disconnected. That didn't work and he just left and never came back the rest of our stay...and we were never contacted again regarding the issue that was not fixed. Half of the kitchen cabinets are locked so you have one empty cabinet for personal food items etc. One of the few empty drawers is missing the front plate so you cant open it to utilize the drawer space (we added some string to make it functional, you're welcome!) There are plenty of cups, mugs, silverware and plates/bowls etc. The pots and pans available could use an upgrade. The pillows available are ridiculously thin and the mattresses are far from luxurious. There is still a big leak in the huge bay window upstairs, I see now on a previous review from the folks that stayed the week before us that they reported it, guess it didn't get fixed either. We also had issues with the electronic key pad. And the porch windows were not attempted to be cleaned, foggy and so much build up, dead bugs etc. We ended up wiping them down ourselves just so we could see the great view. I wish we had a better review but unfortunately this house lacked in a lot of areas. It's obvious that you are paying for the location at this place and not for the cleanliness or amenities.
Update- They also do not publish negative reviews on their website. I wrote this review under the house on their direct site weeks ago and it never posted.

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The home is appointed with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was appointed with everything you ever would need. The pool and (hot tub-you pay separately) were such a bonus. This property was absolutely wonderful, complete with elevator. One side note. The kitchen countertop, although absolutely beautiful wood, was a constant issue to be sure water was not left on it. I think a coat of polyurethane would help that. The location is great. The upstairs twin bedroom a/c is a bit cold. We unfortunately need more bedrooms, otherwise we would definitely be back,. If 5 works for you. This is your place.
We were there for 2 weeks.

We had an overall great experience at Dolphin Cove 3F. Room was very nice, clean and linens were great! The beds were comfortable and the 2 sets of bunk beds was a huge plus for our bunch! The location is perfect;a short walk to several stores, restaurants and the pier.
Our only complaints during put stay was we did not have access to the storage bin downstairs and the chairs in the kitchen; my daughter was the perfect height to run into the metal at the top of the chairs lol.

This was our third time staying at the Mahalo house. We love the location pool and hot tub. Having the beds made and not having to bring towels is a big plus. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay. Turtle Tides was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely be using Sea Star for any future trips back to the area.
