Our experience at extra space storage was excellent. They ask all the questions that we had and there was no pressure to rent right away. We were shown the unit and we were pleasantly surprised at the condition and cleanliness of the facility. We would highly recommend this storage space facility.

I recently had to get the lock cut off my storage unit, and the guy, Joe who came to help was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and very respectful throughout the entire process. He explained what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. It could have been a stressful situation, but his positive attitude and great customer service really put me at ease. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful he was, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing assistance with their storage unit. Great experience overall!

They took my call, even late in the evening and was very friendly and helpful over the phone. I was able to reserve the correct size storage quick and easy. Both Linda and Joe were most friendly; helping me get situated quickly and painlessly. The entire experience was very pleasant. Reasonably priced too.

New property manager Joe is the man. I had this unit when the property was owned by safe nest and I complained about my unit's door being broken for months and nothing ever got done.
Fast forward to last week - stopped by and met the new property manager Joe. Told him my unit's door was broken and he immediately went into action, getting my signatures on the right forms and having his service technician onsite in just a couple of days to get the door fixed and the issue resolved. It's these kinds of employees that earn 5-star reviews for their company.
Bravo Joe, well done - you've earned it. And thank you!
