I was on auto draft and then a few years later my account was hacked. I dropped by the store and paid my bill for about 4 months. I walked in 4 weeks ago to do the same thing and was told to go to the front of the store because she has a customer, so I did. After 30 minutes I noticed that there were 2 employees and 1 customer, so I walked back to the woman with my check and was once again told, sir, I thought that I told you to go to the front of the store which I did. I just happened to notice that the customer was looking through a catalog with her back turned to ms.Smarty Pants, so I walked back to give her my check and she had a damn fit. Well, I took the check and placed it on the desk where she was doing absolutely nothing and told her that she could pay the bill or blow her nose on it and left. She NEVER once tried to make it right and I started getting phone calls from Spectrum, so I went to HTC for my needs and couldn't be happier.

The customer before us was extremely rude and yelling. She even continued yelling at us as she was leaving....telling us to leave! Johnny Mercedes handled the situation with poise and calmness. Excellent customer service under duress.

I would NEVER go to this particular location in Surfside. Terrible customer service. I'm actually going to report this girl to management. Twice she's been rude to customers.

I had cancelled new service with Spectrum, but they still delivered the equipment which I then had to return. I gave the box to Daniel and he told me to open the box. I told him it had never been opened and he told me again to open it, which I did. As he was scanning the items in the box, he said the box is yours. I said I just moved here and already have 100 unpacked boxes in my house and don't need another one. He said, "It's yours now", in a very rude voice. I got my receipt of return and started to walk away and he said, "You forgot your box", and I said, "No, I didn't, and he yelled at me as I was leaving, "I'll note that on your account!" To which I replied, "I don't have an account". Very rude man!

This is for the location on Dick Pond, but they're not listed here. DO NOT DEAL WITH ROBERTO, and if you do, ask for someone else. I logged in to MY account and made an appointment to pick up a cable box, a free cable box that is included in our service set up through the HOA. Roberto called me up, on time, and when he pulled up the account told me I wasn't an authorized user. I am an authorized user, and I told him that I was, that I had just swapped out equipment a few months back and showed him where I could log in, with my own user name, showing my own name. He told me he couldn't do anything if he didn't see my name on the screen, slumped back in his chair and looked off into the sunset, so I asked for a manager. I met with Katie, who was incredible. She got off a call to talk to me, asked me questions, listened to me, explained that they updated their systems (not my problem, but understandable) and after showing her the death certificate for my dead Dad, helped me update the account and I walked out with a box. If Roberto doesn't care about customers, he shouldn't be in customer service, but thank God for people like Katie who care. Thank you Katie - don't deal with Roberto - he doesn't care.

Paying for highest speed just to walk 25ft away from the router an get the worst connection ever also got a booster to see if it would help can even connect nor work so I don't recommend this internet customer service was no help once so every just had me running around plugging it into different outlets Had to get someone to come out an fix it waiting on them to show up to see what they say

DON'T DO IT!! Their service might look like a bargain to save a few bucks, but I'm telling you, the grief you will suffer from their poor service, lying representatives, inability to solve problems, and the actual fact that they do not process refunds you are owed for phones returned will not be worth it. They are the worst company out there, and I don't know how they're still in business. They screwed up the registration of my phone # many years ago, and after buying a new phone FROM SPECTRUM they can't port my #, process the support ticket, or refund my $600 deposit FOR A MONTH!!!! Avoid this company at all costs.
