I wondered why this bank had such a low rating! Now I know!!! $10 to cash a check that drawn of YOUR stupid bank????? Yall must be broke to rip the public off!!!!!! Terrible experience!!!!! Stay away from this place!!!!!

Terrible! I opened an on line account 11 days ago! I still cannot access this account! Many phone calls made regarding this issue. As of today, the account is CLOSED....No confidence in this establishment, zero, nada, zip!

I work multiple jobs and last Friday after a 70+ hour work week, I stopped to deposit my cash via the atm. I have always made my deposits this way. Last Friday when I done this, the atm said forced deposit, which I knew something was wrong and the atm would not give me my cash back, so I went to the drive thru for assistance and received none, they stated everything was good and my deposit was in my account. The next morning I checked my account and my entire cash deposit was reversed, I immediately called customer service, filed a dispute, they told me to go back to the bank as well to see if they could help me. The customer service representative said I would have my money back in 5-7 days. It's 9 days today and they are still refusing to help me or give me my hard earned money. So do not bank here unless you want to be robbed...

Teller told me that it’s the policy of all td banks not to give out withdrawal slips i found out that it’s a total lie (UNBELIEVABLE )

We had a horrible experience at this location. Without going into every detail, the employee promised a promotional bonus if we opened a certain checking account. When we did not receive the bonus, we asked about it. The employee lied to the manager and said he never promised to add the promotion and that he informed us that it was for online accounts only. The manager said he would try to handle the situation. He promised over and over to keep me updated. He never kept in touch as promised. Finally, after almost 2 months I asked why he would never call me back like he said, I was told that "usually people would have dropped it by now". Needless to say, he never worked it out. TDs corporate customer service then told me that they cannot override a managers decision. I only share this experience so that hopefully it will save someone else in the future.

Went to this bank to open account. Manager said I would have my money is 2-3 business days. Here we are 5 business days later still not in my account. Furthermore manager said he would contact me regarding an issue I was concerned about never heard from him. If I decide to keep banking with td it will not be at this location.additionally I wasn’t treated that great at the bank. If I had more time in my life I would of just left.

TD Bank on Highway 17 Business in Murrells Inlet is a well managed bank branch that makes banking simple and easy. I like all of the features that this bank has and I was able to do everything that I needed to do without any problems. Good bank to stop by when you need it.

We used TD back up north and continue to use the Murrells Inlet Branch when we moved south. The staff at the Murrells Inlet location were very helpful when we arrived in getting out account in order (new address etc). We have found them to always be friendly and easy to deal with.

Gave a lady teller my check to deposit to my account and have not seen it shown up in my account after a week. Called many times without anyone picking up the phone and when there's one answering the phone (it was before 4PM) they throw me to 24/7 customer service line number. I felt like they are hurry to go home while still in business hours. When I called again, a lady supervisor informed me that they could not find the check, which was so easy to say and to me is an unprofessional excuse. They did not put enough effort to track and find out, they may have dropped it or thrown it away and I received no apology from the supervisor, how great the customer service! Now that I'm thinking to switch to another bank that provide better service. Congrats!

Just went in to do an address change and was told to wait for a manager, after waiting for a half hr. Someone finally came out and helped someone that came in after us (I guess he was more important!) We could not wait any longer so I went back to the teller and asked if there was another way we can do an address change instead of waiting (maybe on line or phone) she said: oh yes! SMH! It would have been nice if they told us that at the beginning!...This is only the second time we went to that branch and both times we had to wait way to long! If you’re in a hurry you might want to skip it!
