It took 6 weeks to rewire chandelier. First attempt to pick up ..wrong fixture. Second attempt..silver chain on ivory light. Total waste of money and time!

Adorable store owned by a lovely woman. I should have taken pictures of the wonderfully designed lamps. There are paintings and other decorative items at The Lamp Niche as well. She also has a little set up in Mount Pleasant in the mall there.

Owner needs to treat her employees with respect and customers better. That's why all her employees leave! I made her alot of money.. and then has the nerve to text me that she fired me, since my husband was very ill. Sad how they forget all the hardwork you did running their business.

I have liked going to this store previously. Most recently, when I opened the door to enter, someone yelled to me "don't let the dog out". There are 2 dogs & a cat roaming around the store. It was not the best experience for me.

Took our parrot decorative lamp here for repairs. It was our first time in the store and 24 hours later it was repaired. In addition to getting our lamp fixed, we looked around and were amazed at the large selection of decorative lamps in the store. We will definitely return.

I have a custom lamp I received as a wedding gift from here and it’s beautiful! I wish every lamp in my home were from this store. I had no idea the options they offer were even a possibility. They have great prices, too!
