My stop at Up In Smoke was one of those pleasant surprises you stumble across while exploring the area.
The first thing that stood out was the atmosphere. The store is clean, organized, and welcoming. Whether you're a first-time visitor or someone who already knows exactly what you're looking for, the staff makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door.
What really impressed me was the customer service. Every question was answered with patience, knowledge, and zero pressure. That's becoming a lost art. You get the sense that the people working here genuinely enjoy helping customers instead of simply ringing up purchases.
The selection is excellent, the displays are thoughtfully arranged, and there’s enough variety that you'll probably find yourself looking at things you didn't even realize existed. The entire store feels professionally run without losing its local personality.
As someone who reviews a lot of businesses, I pay attention to details. Clean floors. Well-organized inventory. Friendly greetings. Staff who know their products. Those little things add up quickly, and this place gets them right.
The funny thing is, I originally planned to spend just a few minutes inside.
Forty-five minutes later, I was still walking around, checking out displays, talking with the staff, and enjoying the experience. That's usually a sign a business is doing something right.
