The blonde cashier with the glasses and the Asian or Latina lady working with her were so rude to my daughter and I tonight. The blonde talks to people with an attitude and acted like she was bothered by me. If you hate your job then quit lady.

Everytime I come in I feel like especially the. Blond pharmacist that she profiles me like I'm a criminal and when she does talk to me always with any attitude I'm sorry she doesn't understand. The trauma I've been through but first my son died then wen I was living in Atlanta and my best friend gets murdered in my bedroom that I still have to go to court for and I don't need extra problems picking my medicine up on the correct day I'm supposed to. I just want to be able to live a normal life.

I have never had customer service at any Drug Store like I did here. Cat took the time to try to help me find the lipstick I was looking for. She was so sweet and attentive. I will def come back here. It’s hard to find people working nowadays that actually look like they enjoy what they are doing and with a smile!!! Wonderful experience.

Always treated with respect and courtesy. There is always someone to help, if you need it. Rx is always filled in a timely manner.

I have been using walgreens for a almost a year now as my ins. dictates where i can get my prescriptions for the lowest cost. I have never come across anyone who was rude or unpleasant. I am very pleased with the services i have received and find all of the staff to be efficient and kind as well as informative.

I ordered a CoQ10 supplement, which was filled correctly and promptly, BUT the expiration date for one 180 count (take 1 per day) was March 2024, so even if I started taking it immediately would expire before I finished it - and the expiration date for the other bottle was September 2024- so it would also expire too soon. There needs to be a way to check what the expiration dates are when ordering.

All of the pharmacists have awful attitudes (specifically the two females) and act like they have better things to do, or you’re an inconvenience. I got new insurance and the cards did not come in time, so I gave them my Medicaid ID#, and they were not thrilled that they had to look up my information. God forbid they have to do their job. I work in social services and food service and they are not warm and welcoming whatsoever. I will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can.

Just had the worst experience at the drive through with pharmacy tech Ben. He immediately started rolling his eyes when I told him I had a GoodRx coupon, and cursed under his breath the entire time he was looking up my medication. Total jerk!

I use Walgreens pretty frequently for pharmacy needs and quick errands. Their app makes managing prescriptions easy, and the drive-thru is a lifesaver. The staff is usually helpful, and I can find most of what I need in a pinch
