Will never go back. Whole place reeks like cigarettes. We got there over 45 minutes before closing. While we were waiting the “banker” decided to take a 15 minute smoke break only to come back and tell us it’s too close to closing to help us. What a joke and waste of my time.. BANK ELSEWHERE

This is the best wells fargo in the area, everyone is so kind and helpful. The other reviews are a bit older and out of date. The app is great now. Not to mention, the reason the other woman can not deposit cash into someone else's account is because wells fargo is compliant with a government regulation, that either requires you to be on the account or deposit a check with the ac count number. It is not a wells fargo specific policy. SOME people dontread the full paperwork wells fargo gives you. Its really important stuff.

This I don’t understand. My granddaughter has an account linked to mine. She goes to College at UNC. I send my husband to the Murrells Inlet location to put $40.00 CASH in her checking account. He has her account number. He is told they cannot deposit cash into another persons account. It’s our granddaughter. Now I am furious. So he has to write a check and then deposit it. Now she can’t get her money until the next day. She needs Food. I am so beyond mad. I am done with dealing with Wells Fargo. I will be moving my accounts and my granddaughters to another bank and if I could my husband wouldn’t be dealing with them. This isn’t the first wrong dealing we have had with them. Keep in mind I know for a fact I can deposit cash into another person’s account at other banks. What the ......

It is always a pleasure to do our stores deposits at this location. Everyone is professional and efficient in handing our transactions and any employee, regardless of title, who sees me is quick to welcome me. It is very nice to be acknowledged by name and not just to myself but I see it every trip with their regular customers as well. The great thing is a lot of their customers are mine as well! Thank you to all as you all are awesome!

The new online banking site will not let me pay my new bill for Horry Telephone that I just received. The site wants me to pay the new bill for same date that I paid the last bill and won't let me change the date to be paid to a date in January. This new banking site is horrible. There was nothing wrong with online banking the way it was before this newly added change to online banking. I am probably going to open a bank account elsewhere and forget about Wells Fargo, period!

Lots of drive up windows with the tubes but no slot teller. Also no walk-in ATM, just drive up. Good business, nice people, quality location.
