A&I send Mr. Ray out to our house.
I showed him the water damaged wood floor in the left front corner of our dining room.
He checked with an electronic device the moisture level on the floor and wall.
He also inspected the attic for water/ moister . Our attic is foamed out as the rest of the shell of our house with closed cell foam.
In addition he has noticed some rippled shingles on the roof in the right corner between the front of the house and the garage.

Mark came out on an emergency basis and continued coming out even on a holiday weekend to make sure the water remediation was going well. He documented everything for our insurance company and coordinated with the restoration team to come after our home was dry. Mark explained the entire process as it progressed.

A wrong target drive by shooting took place at my home. I met with several licensed contractors for a quote, they guaranteed me that they would get it to me soon, and never did. I finally got in touch with A&I Fire and Rescue through my insurance company. I talked with them on a Friday morning and was told that the adjuster probably wouldn’t contact me until early the next week. Brad called that Friday afternoon and got me scheduled for a walk through that Monday. From there, everything went quick and smooth when it came to the A&I team. Dealing with the insurance company was and still is a challenge. Dealing with A&I was the best part of this tragic situation. Brad stuck to his word to not leave me hanging like the other contractors did, so I would recommend them to everyone. My home looks brand new and I love it!

Wayne, Mark, Tony, and Roberto went above and beyond taking care of my bathroom. We ran into unexpected challenges that the original builder had messed up and they were able to navigate the issue as well as fix it better than it was to start.

Joe oversaw the remodeling of two of our bathrooms. He did an excellent job in doing the plumbing, the electrical works and multiple other tasks.. He coordinated the entire work and what he accomplished was beyond’s words that I can engender. He suggested the use of appliances we did not know that existed!
