Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. The guy that was working was nice at first. After speaking to him at opening, he promised to have the phone done by 4pm (closing time). I live about an hour + from this location and made sure that it would be done before driving back. After not hearing anything all day regarding my phone I called at a little after 3pm. The same guy answered the phone and explained he was unsure if he could not get the phone done. And said that a machine broke that day. The phone was in the same condition as it was when I left it which means the repair process was not even started by 330pm. I felt as if the communication from this place and unprofessionalism is what provoked this review. I was of course irritated and voiced my irritation just for the owner to not do anything or even go as far to apologize for the inconvenience. No "I'm sorry" or anything. I would not recommend this place. Communication and professionalism are at an all time low.

I can't say enough good things about this place! We were here on vacation and my wife's screen completely stopped working. I called and spoke with Mark and within a few hours of that phone call, they had her phone fixed for a very reasonable price! Also, excellent customer service.

Mark was super nice and helpful. I was on vacation with family who didn’t really want to consider my situation with a broken phone and was rushing the process. He was so gracious about the whole ordeal and got my phone diagnosed quickly. He then gave me a temporary solution to my problem until
I could get home and get it fixed! Awesome guy and great service!

The gentleman that sold my husband a bb computer and new cell: was very helpful and professional! I also had a new screen protector put on my phone, now it looks new again!
I have a laptop that needs repair and I will definitely be taking it to A1Cell4u!!!!
