I would not recommend this company to anyone; had it not been for the nearly $3,000 investment in the items purchased, I would have simply loaded the items onto my vehicle and delivered them to their front door. Since September 2022, when I became a customer of this franchise, I have made 15 out of 24 payments on time, never being late once. Therefore, I contacted them in January 2023 to report that my mattress had a depression in the material and was disintegrating. They naturally assured me that everything would be fine by having Charles get in touch with me. As a result, months later, I called and was informed that Charles would be contacting me. Finally, I am able to speak with Charles, who apologizes and promises to send one out. As the months pass, Charles continues to engage in the cat-and-mouse game until winter arrives. Finally, someone is dispatched to examine the mattress that I've been placing against the wall for the better part of the past year. The individual assessed the depth of the decline and documented it with photographs. However, it is worth noting that he himself admitted that the mattress's materials were of low quality, and they contacted the mattress manufacturer to provide me with a replacement. Well, after an additional month or two passes, I contact them again; they never respond, but I continue to make payments. Charles begins pointing the finger in an indirect manner by inquiring about the type of bed frame I was using. I was perplexed as to why he inquired about this, given that one of his employees personally observed and measured the decline. Therefore, I informed him that one of their employees informed me in September, when I picked up the mattress, that they were out of king-size bed frames at the time. As a result, she texted me a link to a mattress frame on my mobile device. He issued a second apology and declared that the woman was no longer employed at the company. After he responds that he will ship me a box spring and bed railings, I inquire as to why I couldn't simply purchase a new mattress since I've been using a recliner chair for the past year. He stated that he wanted to see if a box spring would eliminate the dip, so being the benevolent individual that I am, I agreed to give it a try. However, I was essentially waved off once more. They informed me that they will dispatch someone on a Thursday of next week. When that Thursday arrived, I was still at work; could they reschedule? They have agreed to arrive on Saturday, but when Saturday arrives, they do not call and do not show up. Since I still do not have a mattress as of December, when that occurred, I contacted corporate to have autopay removed; I will also be in contact with an attorney. It is no longer cat and mouse; the tables will be turned.UPDATE 02/28/24: Charles and the company came through with and even better mattress much respect. Thank You

My fridge broke down , I have two kids and on a tight budget , found a good deal it was online , however I didn't notice it would be apx 10 days before delivery, the office called me and seen I was in a bind, and had a good fridge on site and honored the online special, and had my fridge within apx 37 hours after initial phone call . Thank you aarons for.your help

Charles and the staff in this store do not care. They will make mistakes and then blame you. Causing issues to arise that could have been avoided if their job was being done properly. Please stay away from anything rent to own if possible. Especially Aaron’s

Chelsea is AMAZING!!! My washer/dryer combo was a special order and took way longer than expected to get here but she kept calling me to check in and let me know that she hadn't forgot me. Thank you so much!!!

After my items are paid off I will not be doing anymore business with them. I purchased a living room set. It had snags on the bottom so I told them I wasn't paying for something already damaged. They tried giving me $100. No sir No ma'am. So I ended up ordering a new set which I had to first pay for before being sent out. Which was supposed to be a swipe out!!! Then they day of delivery they come with I gotta pay my old payment on my bedroom set before getting something I already paid for and supposed to been a swipe out. Be careful when doing business with them. The manager telling me one thing and the person that takes the payments telling me something different. They didn't even have notes where the transaction supposed to take place. So make sure a your t's are cross and al your i's dotted. FYI Ijs

Went in to get a bed for my wife and I, got all the way till the end, THEN the lady said, "You know that doesn't include the mattress or box spring right?? WHAT? Who gets a bed wo the actual BED?? Called and begged me to come in for a week for WHAT?? A bed FRAME?? Shame on you

Worse service every. They try to say I lied my place where I live. When it's no longer a motel. It is apts new owners took over the place. They approve u then after they get u to come in they change there minds and lie to u. I recommend no one to go there. Because how they are doing business with people.
