Worst property management company that I have ever dealt with!!! The list is toooo long to continue. I actually rate them a big 0!!!!!!!! After 4 months of no returned phone calls I have certainly had enough of this VERY poorly run company!!!!!!!

This company has horrible customer service. I am an owner and had an issue. I called and left 4 messages for a crisis situation. NO ONE bothered to call back until I had to call AGAIN the next day. Needless to say, I received a condescending attitude from the manager Carol. She seemed to care less that I had a serious issue and wasn't included in the solution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As for the person who has to field these calls, Sharon, she does an amazing job.
