This Dodge dealership has been dealing with my ex-husband for over 10 years, at least. And as many times as I’ve let them know to update his information and remove mine, they have not!! I have never even bought a car there! So because I received my ex-husband’s request to review Dodge of Myrtle Beach on Google once again, here it is. You suck Dodge of Myrtle Beach! I don’t need to be involved in what my ex-husband does or does not do with his vehicles. I couldn’t care less! Maybe next time you will pay closer attention to your customers information and correct your records.

Left truck there on Sunday they started working on it 1st thing Monday morning and was ready to go by lunchtime. The only complaint I have is that they didn’t address my tire pressures . Not a deal breaker. Brandon was great to work with.

This was my 6th buying experience with Team Dodge. Although they were always Addys not much has changed with the service you receive as soon as you walk in the door. I was able to test drive a few new vehicles and even though I was itching towards a $100,000 truck we decided $62,000 truck was the truck I was looking for. Most dealers would stick you with that high priced one for just a sale. Not at Team Dodge. Painless quick and affordable!

Scheduled a service for my 2019 RAM. I was smelling radiator fluid. When I arrived and checked in I was greeted with professionalism. I again explained what I was smelling and I was told that it would be looked at thoroughly. Within about an hour I was informed that the technician had performed a complete coolant inspection and found that it was a bad radiator cap. New cap installed and so far no more smell. I have always been treated with professionalism and courteous services. This is my third Ram truck from Addy Dodge.

So thankful to Tim Gleason in service, had an emergency trip coming up and had to have my tires replaced. He understood and sympathized with me and was able to get them knocked out. Kept me informed and was very polite. Thanks Tim I’ll be back for sure thanks to you!

Stopped in here from TN as my car was making very unpleasant sounds, and I was so concerned about the long trip home. Geremy in the service department was fantastic, explained everything that was wrong so that I could understand, and he helped me with getting a rental car in the meantime. Thank you Geremy. ?
