Diane was a new hairdresser, to me; I'm from Michigan. I called on a Friday for a consult; she immediately text me, called me and got me in next day! The price she quoted me was fair and correct. No suprizes. She took her time, like nothing I have ever experienced and I seriously got THE BEST cut and color and highlights EVER!! Worth every penny! She is an artist. Explained everything to me, told me what would and what would not look good. She explained and talked me throught the entire process. The hair industry needs more like her! Professional, fun, creative and a perfectionist! I will travel just for her!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here a while back to get my hair done for the Marine Corps Ball. The woman I had (can't remember her name) was HORRIBLE. She blamed her crappy work on being sick. I asked for an updo and I had to stop her midway because it was that messy and bad. I ended up telling her to just leave my hair down and curl it because I was running low on time. Not to mention, she would excuse herself frequently. Once I told her to curl my hair and keep it down, I felt her horrible energy shift from bad to begin with, to really bad. She charged me as if I got the updo which was about $150 and it infuriated me. Why did I get charged for something I didn't get? I wasn't able to argue it because I was on such a time crunch. HORRIBLE.

Eric has taken care of me since forever. Hair long. Hair short. Hair in between. Hair highlighted. Hair natural. He's the greatest. I met his “lady” years ago when Allure was off of 38th Avenue. Just perfect folks. I used the new owner a few months ago when i was having a gotta get it now moment and she also did a terrific job. I think her name is Diane.
This is the go to salon for color, cuts and coming out looking super. Wish they could do my babies!!!

Outstanding customer service here. Jaz helped me find the right haircut for me and did an amazing job on my haircut. She even followed up with me a few days later to make sure i was completely satisfied with her work. She answered every question I had about products right for my hair and actually answered truthfully instead of just trying to sell me products from her unlike most the hairstylist that I have been to. I will definitely be going back. ?

I’m new to the area and by chance found this salon. I am ? pleased with Jaz and how she cut/styles my hair. She is truly an artist! I have gotten so many compliments and I owe them all to her! Lucielle is a new hire. She was not good. Had highlights which she overprocessed and it came out almost grey. Then she toned half of it bright bronze. I went back because I was so upset so the manager toned it again. I paid 250$$. Def average spa with high charges.Service: Hair coloring
