I came into American Freight to look for a refrigerator. The salesperson, Tim, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us space to shop, but was there to answer any questions that we had. I was very pleased with the service he gave us. We will come back to see him again when looking for other merchandise.

We purchased a fridge and it was delivered to us March 11. That same day we noticed a small leak on the floor. At first we thought it was water dropped in transit. The water leak continued to get worse, so we called American Freight to tell them the fridge was leaking. The manager was very understanding and told us exactly what the issue was and he let us know our options from there. We came in the next day to exchange our fridge and the process went so smoothly, with next day delivery! Huge shoutout to Vincent who put the exchange order in! Thank you for putting our minds at ease!

Sales manager lied right to me and my Fiance's face. I'll give you a $100 off and you can put money down if you dont find anything. We needed to check one more store. So he said he would void it if we didn't want the furniture. We have info stating that we wouldn't be charged either. We called back and told them we found something better than what was offered. 2 days later her card was charged for furniture we didn't agree on nor was given. Needless to say stay away from these shady salesman. Especially the lying manager with the last name Cruz.

Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery men were super amazing. I loved this store and the people so much. I went back and bought a refrigerator and freezer for my garage. You can’t beat the prices. Vince is perfect in his position, he’s is a people person. Makes you feel welcomed. He listens intently to what you have to say, answers all of your questions. I am very well pleased with Vince . And the delivery guys always are so pleasant and helpful. I will shout off the roof tops for everyone to come out and visit and buy from your store.

Great customer service. Good selection of furniture for our needs. They worked with me for delivery and setup. There was a missing piece from the manufacturer and the delivery guys went above and beyond to get the replacement and finished the installation and setup with minimal delay. (Less than two hour delay) We are very pleased. Good selection, service and value.
