The hotel is in the perfect location for restaurants and shopping. Staff are very nice, especially the front desk person, Daquan, who was very professional and helpful. Although not directly on the ocean, it has great ocean views from the balcony. I highly recommend this hotel. Book on their website, great prices.

The quality was horrible for what we paid it was nothing like we had expected at all the photos need to be changed from the website because this place looks nothing like how it did online. It looked like the photos hadn’t been taken since they opened in 2011 We had to request someone to come sweep and mop our floors because they were dirty before we even had stepped in there the patio door doesn’t work the downstairs isn’t nearly at all as new as anything else in the place. The pool was grumpy and gross and the hot tub never worked and was green. I don’t mind the no hot tub that was never the issue at all it was complete false advertisement the best I can say is the beds were slightly comfortable and it was in a good area. The lady that moped didn’t even sweep first. I will not be returning to this hotel on any future trips.

Decent hotel with great accessibility to the beach and other attractions. Parking is limited but overall, it is was pleasant accomodations on short notice.

This is a great hotel. Actually a gem hotel. I love it n have been going there for over 17 years. THIS IS NOT A 2 STAR HOTEL!!!!!!! ITS CLEAN, FRESH, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, KITCHEN IN ALL ROOMS, COMFORTABLE BEDS, CLEAN SHOWERS, NICE RECEPTION AREA.
YES it can use some improvements but is no 2 stars. Im a family n professional women n certainly love this place n so do my kids, friend n family.

My family & I just finished up our stay here! The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, & we had a great promised ocean view! One thing I hope this establishment considers in the future, is adding a broom/dust pan to every room. The staff brought one to the room after we requested but we went to the beach daily & tracked sand onto the floors quite often. It was often a struggle to get more towels but overall I would book a stay here again. Thank you to the staff who were super friendly & accommodating!

Such a hidden gem! This place was amazing, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Even at 4am when we checked in! Jarvis was awesome to deal with, as was the rest of the staff. Located right behind Ocean Ave, and we were on the 4th floor- we could see the ocean. If you book 10-11th floor, you would be able to see the sunrise from your balcony. Perfect walking distance to the beach, shopping and eating. Boardwalk was directly in front of the hotel, across the street. Great place! I will continue to stay here every time I visit!

It was conveniently located near the boardwalk, beach and bars, the room was very clean, cheaper, and an overall nice hotel. I would recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and in a convenient location. Everything is a walkable distance. The only negative would be that the elevator is extremely slow. There is also no breakfast but that’s not a negative. Because it’s close to food. There’s also a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and stove.

Finessed out of security deposit room had condensation on every square Inch of it saff said we needed to leave the air on all night so our clothes wouldn't be damp in the morning please save your money and stay elsewhere the saff will make up an excuse they pulled out of the sky to keep your security deposit stay at your own risk and the park lot which only has 12 spaces is inadequate if full you gotta park around the corner with no lighting and every character hanging around your car stay elsewhere as a sign of caution myrtle has plenty of other places that has better hospitality and a better rate ty

Condensation on floors. Almost fell upon entering. Was accused of smoking in room when that was not true. Kept security deposit. Staff was not very friendly. Was not worth $300. Only paying for location. Terrible view. Will not return. Been in better rooms for less and with more friendly honest staff. Not liars and people with attitudes.
