I went in to upgrade my phone and I had such an amazing experience compared to other AT&Ts that I’ve gone to before. Alex and José were very helpful and hooked me up to get the best deals. Overall, a really positive atmosphere :))

Jose at the At&T store in Myrtle Beach and knows what he’s doing. We didn’t have to wait long at all and he has the best personality. We need more people like him in the service business!

We were on our honeymoon and my husbands phone wouldn’t charge. He’s with Consumer Cellular with limited reps around. We explained the situation to Jose and asked about options to add him to my AT&T plan and get him a new phone. He first tried to clean the charging port which was great. We ended up adding my husband to my plan and getting him a new phone. Because his old one didn’t have enough battery left to transfer all his data. Jose told me options to help. We went back to our hotel and I was able to get gmail working and got his old phone to charge enough for Jose to copy everything over. We returned to the store the next day and Jose made the transfer. He went above and beyond for us and was a pleasure to work with.

The customer service was phenomenal, he was very patient and and was able to multitask between personnel at the store making sure everyone was being tended to, Jose was our rep and he is one of the few persons I’ve seen who represents the essence of above and beyond service. I hope his efforts don’t go unnoticed.

I wouldn’t give them one star but that is as low as it goes. Very, very rude. Told me if I wasn’t expecting to pay more than $1000 for a phone I was in the wrong place maybe I needed to go somewhere else. I did went Verizon and paid $800 for a new I phone. Very nice place and staff . Stay away from this place.

I was having issues with my phone. Chase and Patrick(Manager) took care of everything and and I was able to get a good deal on a new phone. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who might need a new phone.

The store manager was extremely rude. She refused to sell me a phone saying she didn’t want to waste the inventory. I’m from out of town and my phone was damaged. When I really needed some help this location refused to be of any service because they only cared about making a sale. I would really appreciate if someone from corporate would reach out to this location and remind them that doing the right thing is and att policy that should always be followed
