The store manager was extremely rude. She refused to sell me a phone saying she didn’t want to waste the inventory. I’m from out of town and my phone was damaged. When I really needed some help this location refused to be of any service because they only cared about making a sale. I would really appreciate if someone from corporate would reach out to this location and remind them that doing the right thing is and att policy that should always be followed

I came in a half hour before closing needing a new phone. Ashley was helping another customerBy the time she got to me it was minutes till close. She stayed late to get me a phone and accessories even though she really needed to go. Definitely my go to place for any phone issues. We'll done AT&T.

Didn’t greet you. The sales clerk a male sat there like a lump of coal. He is lucky due to covid that he has a job. Learn to work and do a good work ethic.This is about the att store in grande dunes.

Tom was very helpful and informative. He help me by answering all of my questions and very pleasant. He gave us choices and helped transfer all of the things from our old phone. It was an excellent experience!

Came in having a malware problem with my Apple phone. The ladies at the store were able to resolve the problem. They were professional, customer oriented and very knowledgeable. ATT should be commended for hiring these great employees! Sara, Teresa were amazing.

I had an issue with my cell phone camera not working - i went in the store at noon last friday and Zak kindly helped walk me thru filing a claim over the phone - a new phone was delivered to my door in less than 24 hrs- i took the new phone to AT&T Grande Dunes location - the new manager:l: Theresa & new asst. mgr.: Sara - helped me get everything set up and transferred to my new phone - they couldn’t have been more kind in assisting me - They deserve. 10 STAR rating - if you are in need getting cell phone service or have service with AT&T and are in need of customer service, this is the place/location to go for all your cell phone needs !BB Ingram

Our AT&T wireless was not working off of our resort’s Wi-Fi. Thanks to Zak and Teetra, we were up and running in a few minutes and never had another problem for the rest of our stay. Zak took the time to show me exactly how to use just the AT&T Wi-Fi and not use what the resort offered. What absolutely fabulous service and what a relief that we did not need to purchase new phones. So wonderful having this expertise wherever we travel! Great job! Your manager should be proud of you.

UPDATE: After this already wasteful day, we then got home to see we were charged a restocking fee of $55 for a phone I barely had 30 minutes. When we called back, we were told “Not to worry, it will be refunded”. However, it clearly was a bill and not a refund.Now I’ve spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T trying to get my restocking fee back due to the error of this store and it’s employees.. . .Massively disappointed and upset at service and experience.We went first last night to transfer a phone number to a different account and upgrade. When we went, during their business hours, we could see people in the back room but the door was locked. We knocked multiple times and finally had to call for them to come let us in - they told us they were open (they just had the door locked with no one monitoring customers...?). As we left, a half hour before their closing, they again locked doors behind us and went to the back room.We weren’t able to accomplish what we wanted that evening but were told we could come back when they opened the next day and get it all sorted out.When we went back today, the doors were locked again - despite it being after they were supposed to be open. After knocking and about to call again, someone finally got out of their car in front of the store and let us in. Turns out the associate working just sits in his car outside the store on his phone until people come...? Once we finally got inside, he never put a mask on once.We were told we’d need to upgrade the phone first then do the transfer. After also being told a certain phone was available - then it not being - and deciding on a new one and finally updating, we were then told we would have to go to the corporate store to make the transfer since it was to a business account. Something we were VERY upfront with since the beginning of this whole debacle a day ago.We drove to the corporate store (who leave their doors unlocked and always has people working) and they were very kind and told us that we, in fact, could not upgrade first and then transfer or else we’d be charged for the entire phone at once on the final bill.We then had to go back to this store where - surprise - the worker was in his car, vaping, on his phone, with the store door locked. Wait for him to let me inside. Ask him to put on a mask. And then return the phone.In total- we wasted almost 3 hours in total with this store. We will never take our business there again and plan to contact LiveMobile to make formal complaints.
