Today went to at and t to get a new phone because I needed more storage on my phone. In return he gave me and my husband ( husband got his first phone ever)a great deal with phones and he saved all my pictures. I'm so grateful that he helped us and answered all of our questions we had. Thank u so very much for ur help forever grateful. Your the best.

Went in at the last minute to purchase a new phone with service. Natasha helped me. She is an excellent sales associate. Compared to most cell phone stores I've been to this store is the best. All the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Thank you to Sophia and Travis for their incredible assistance on June 20th & June 2st. On June 20th Sophia assisted me in purchasing an iPhone for my elderly brother who requires great patience of anyone helping him. My brother had a Samsung Cricket phone . She was easily able to close my Cricket account and add my brother’s Cricket phone number to my AT&T account and transferred all the data from the Cricket phone to the iPhone. Sophia’s knowledge, technical ability and interpersonal skills are outstanding! She worked with us for over 2 hours!
The very next day, June 21st, my brother knew he couldn’t manage the transition from Samsung to iPhone so we went back to your store and Travis happily assisted us in the return of the iPhone for a Samsung Galaxy S23 with such amazing expertise and outstanding interpersonal skill! He is also so very talented and technically savvy. Travis also worked with us for 2 hours!
I cannot thank both Sophia & Travis enough! Both days were very stressful for me and Sophia & Travis were awesome. I commend both of them for their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
