I was with this company for 15 years and I decided to switch to another company which had a better deal. I was locked out of my phone until I paid off my phone, which I did. I was then informed that it would take 24 to 48 hours before my phone was unlocked. I explained to them that I work remote and needed my phone to sign in, in the morning. They couldn't have cared less. So, now my job's on the line due to this B.S. because I won't be able to sign on to work tomorrow through my phone because i have no service. Wow.
Don't believe the hype. This company sucks. It gets worse every year. Hence, why I left.
They don't care about those who have been loyal for years. I should not have to wait this long to have my phone to be unlocked to start over with another company. It's 2024. Thank you At&t for showing your true colors. You should be ashamed of yourself.
(*this has nothing to do with this particular store. The girl who helped me was great. But, her hands were tied. She had to reach out to the 800#. to help me. She did all she could. And, I appreciate her. I just want to make that known.)

Michael at the current location that is open to me was very helpful. I had a problem that I did not understand I was doing it backwards and he showed me the correct way he deserves. To have a bonus and a pay raise. He was wonderful. Thank you, Michael again.

Had a surprisingly smooth experience! My husband and I were greeted almost immediately. Picked up a new iPhone14ProMax and passed down my iPhone13Pro to him. Store Manager Olivia was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly with an almost constant smile. Sales Rep Josh helped upload everything to my new phone. This store is in a convenient location in the Food Court and next to the Cinemark movie theater. We grabbed some lunch while waiting for the two uploads to finish.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Laura & Mark VanValkenburg, The Bluffs on the Waterway.

The sales associate in the store 2 days ago sold my daughter on another new line instead of upgrading the line she had with a new phone. This Created extra fees and aggravation … the sales associate/ customer service rep I just spoke with on the phone was helpful and talked us thru what had happened and gave new options to help with this .

I had down payments at the other carriers for a iphone 14 pro max Josh got me set up with no money down ans saved me on activation fees also he is a wizard at his craft and he can get you right! Olivia the store manager shes amazing also definitely recommend these guys.

My husband's phone for over 5 years could not receive text messages. We have taken it to a number of ATT locations, and no one could fix it. Until today. Natasha was fabulous. Worked with ATT technical support and fixed what no one could do! Thank you.
