I have been loyal to Banfield although I have heard many negative things about them. I have an 8 year old baby and a 9 year old baby. My little girl was sick. Lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. They said no to seeing her and offered me alternatives other than 4 weeks out. I had to take her to an emergency hospital only to find out she was diabetic and in dka. Not to mention she had a uti. She is still in the hospital and really sick. Looking back on prior lab work this could have been avoided. Praying my baby comes through this. Never will get ever use them again.

I was worried about my dogs ears. They were very understanding and compassionate.
His condition is being treated. Very pleased with his treatment

Always to easy to drop off and pick up when my pup is ready. I have enver had an issue with them.

I do enjoy the Techs who take Brown Bear back and ask questions about how he is doing, etc. I haven’t formed a close relationship with a vet yet. When we first came to Banfield, we had a close relationship with the vet, with both of our pups. That vet left and so for the last 5 1/2 years we have had to try the vet available.

Is there a negative review. Banfield's negligence caused the death if my best boy,Winston. They repeatedly diagnosed as a UTI and refused to do the x-ray I repeatedly asked for. Took him elsewhere and he was filled with cancer which had it been detected earlier, could have been treated. Inexperienced vets that rush you through.

My Cocoa Beach has been to visit Vets many times over the past 3 weeks , her mug is stained from all the medication I’ve been giving her , today I noticed someone cleaned her up very nicely ❤️ ,,, above and unexpected Thank you

BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF AT BANFIELD ON WALTON, in MYRTLE BEACH! I took Lexi, my German Shepherd to the hospital. Lexi can be intimidating and she wasn’t feeling well. But the staff was great! A special thank you to Jakayla who was so patient with Lexi, quickly earning her trust. And, I like the 2 clients before were all pleasantly surprised to hear our bill was much less than we thought it would be. THANK YOU BANFIELD!

We relocated to SC and was in need of a vet and fortunately Banfield was just down the road. They are very caring and helpful diagnosing our issue. They also brought our pups vaccinations up to date. They provide excellent care with all the pets that arrived while we were there….kudos to this Banfield team ~

I went to ask for heart worm treatment. I was told by two friends that they have friendly payments and I thought trying to get my pet in their care, but the person who I spoke to was so rude, that I won't come back anymore or recommend this place to anybody. My vet is really good but I thought trying just to seek for a better price. I also work in health care, and I know this profession may be exhausting, but you got to be professional towards your clients. I went having great expectations. I feel so bad, because our dog is like our child.

Join there veterinarian group after the vet I use went to animal insurance. Veterinarian were great, very caring, and I felt pricing and service was better.

I have 2 dogs that have been coming to this location for over a year now, and every visit has been smooth sailing! We use the wellness plans for both which is such a big help in covering expenses. Dr Loder and Dr Chapman have been the ones giving my dogs care and they are the friendliest vets I’ve ever met! They always take the necessary time to answer any questions I have
