I visited the BBW in Market Common yesterday. I was exchanging a defected wallflower refill. The rude lady grabbed them both checking them out. I explained I was exchanging one of them. She acted annoyed! I asked could she look up my reward because I didn’t have my phone with me. She argued with me saying I didn’t have a reward to use. Ridiculous. As I was walking out,I asked the other girl(one of the managers) could she check for me. She did and yes,I had a reward to use!
