Had a FANTASTIC customer service experience with Ashley! She took her time and didn't rush as we asked questions, even gave our kids snacks as they waited. And Terri was out of this world! 10/10 would recommend

Horrible customer service, only customers in the building and waited for 10 minutes and nobody said anything to us. Finally get called up and she walked away without even asking if we were done. 3 tellers there and they were all just completely rude no OUNCE of customer service I would definitely not recommend this bank location EVER!

I have an account with this bank and come every week to get change for my 4 store business and the lady with a some kind of accent sounded Russian but not sure refused to give me change today and gave no reason as to why. Also, tried to require me to show a business card, which I’ve never been asked to show any other time I’ve been here. Now I have to drive across town to another Truist to get my change when my business is literally across the street from this one. Don’t go to this bank they cause they are too dense and refuse service out of pure laziness and they are so rude. Will not give this particular Truist any business anymore. I will be contacting corporate as well.

They lied to me and charged me an overdraft fee anyway after saying they wouldn't. Then I threatened to cancel my account that I've had with Truist or a subsidiary for 50 years and the guy working there said for me to go ahead and cancel and that he would help me to if i needed it. Terrible customer relations at this bank.

Longest wait time. 2 hours to cash the check. Sending you from person to person and finally when it’s you are next in line to see the banker, you hear that they are going for lunch.

I try to look at everything in a positive prospective, but this bank has no respect for the African Americans in Myrtle Beach SC. The customer service is horrendous so I closed my business account.

I just went through the drive thru to deposit my paycheck which I have been at the same employer for almost 2 years depositing the same check. I asked to do a split deposit some in checking and some in savings. After making me wait for 20 plus minutes in the drive thru with 6 cars behind me, they said I could not do so. They stated the check must clear first, which I know from my 7 years of banking experience. I was not withdrawing cash therefore the check could be split, a transaction I have done numerous times throughout my banking history. They really need to put their staff through more extensive training

This location is trash. They are always short staffed or have some "issue" on why the lobby is closed. Lobby is closed today and only one person is working the drive thru at 4:00pm. If the lobby is closed then why would only one person be working? If you bank here....you should stop! I only came here because my company had a deposit to make.

Horrible customer service. Suntrust was way better. After holding on for about an hour, was told that I cannot get a full monthly statement over the phone, I had to go to a branch and MAYBE get one. Tried to go to the main branch today, And every parking spot was taken over by the car show. You cannot get to the back area due to the tremendous amount of traffic. I called and asked what customers were supposed to do and was told to basically figure it out. Bank of America had their parking blocked for THEIR customers. And I’ve never had issues getting statements from them. So far, TRUIST is horrible.

If you are trying to be profiled, discriminated against, and not have any debit cards that work, Truist is the bank for you. After yesterday's experience there I am thinking of pushing a discrimination lawsuit. Good luck if you give then tour money.
