This is a shout out and recommendation for Beach GMC. I want to thank Nick Desmond for a job well done. Nick is a great salesman. Dallas worked out a great deal and Mark finalized the financing expeditiously. I have been using the Service Dept for 4 years and now I had the pleasure of buying a car from Beach GMC with the excellent work of Nick Desmond along with Dallas and Mark. Great job guys and thank you for making me a very happy GMC owner. This is my 5th GMC vehicle.

Terrible service department! Made an appointment for service, told them I was waiting for the car. It was a simple short software upgrade. After an hour, no one had touched it. I questioned it, and got snarky comments from Tracey. You can't book a "waiting" appointment without having a tech available. It reminded me of why I work on my own cars. They should hire competent service writers. I BET there was a tech back there working on a car promise for 5:00 that could have clocked off and hooked the car up, and let it download. I have 45 years experience, these guys are the worst!

I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase. After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around. When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner. The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue. Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns. I appreciate the customer service.
