Can’t take me because I don’t have an appointment. All I need is air my tires and coolant. It would take less than 10 minutes absolutely ridiculous why did I buy Volvo? Horrible customer service!

I was very interested in a Volvo. I think they are very well-built machines, and I would have loved to be a part of the Volvo community, either currently or in the future. The utter disrespect I received from an employee of this dealership has completely turned me off of Volvo for the rest of my life. To be so blatantly disrespected by a staff member, speaking to me from a company phone, was more than enough to make sure I NEVER consider buying from these reprehensible people.

Very friendly and professional! The price to replace a seatbelt was $1100. I fixed it myself for $25 with a part from the junkyard.

My husband & I were traveling from Virginia to Florida. My seatbelt was stuck under the seat. I called Mark Ellison, Service Dept. He welcomed us, asked his technicians to stay after hours to help us out. They were wonderful! Got right in & fixed it in about 5 minutes! We so much appreciate the professional, kindness, and expertise! Thank you!

I bought my Volvo new there about 16 months ago and I love my car but their service group is horrible. I had one of my rims destroyed after leaving my car there for routine service. It was severely scraped and gouged and had yellow paint in the scrapes…..look at the curbs there. They are yellow. They made me wait almost a month to decide they were finally going to replace it for me. The car barely had 10,000 miles. After replacing it I thought ok give them another chance. Well, my car now needs an update only they can load so I’ve been calling for 2 weeks now to schedule. I’ve been hung up on, left to ring in a loop for 20 minutes, left messages with no call back. To point it bluntly Volvo service sucks.

There have been two different instances where my Volvo needed service, that I have owned for less than a year. I purchased it from them used. My first issue was the air quit working in the summertime. The service department was extremely backed up, it took a long time to get a part for it, they were out of loaner cars, and eventually put me in a Mazda. The last time I called because I was still having electrical issues in the car, no one ever returned my call. I called again last week with the electrical issues, they said their earliest appointment was in two weeks. I was more than welcome to drop it off, but there were no loaner cars because they were all out. I finally decided to make the appointment and just wait since there are no other Volvo dealerships nearby, I left two messages last week for the appointment and have never heard back from them. They claim they don't have enough employees. Makes it difficult when you own a car brand that should be serviced at the dealership. I love my car, but don't think I would buy another one from them.

After sharing with my sales person how much I cannot drive a FWD vehicle only AWD because of how much I get sick or dizzy in an FWD because they are too floaty for me with my equilibrium issues I end up with a AWD Volvo that has a much different suspension than my old Volvo and only drives in FWD until the car needs AWD (not able to change manually) I end up with a vehicle that makes me sick. Who needs a car that does that in SC? And after several calls and a visit to the dealer they haven’t ever affected me a resolution. Even the BMW dealership asked if they offered to sell it for me. Will never work with them again and will tell everyone I know of their non caring attitude.

Kelly in the service department is always so friendly. Her and Lucas both went above and beyond for me during my last Volvo service, as my billing process required extra time and steps due to it being a company vehicle. My past experiences have always been great as well and I will always use this location to service my car!
