Gabriel and rosie was a great wonderfull help...after 2 days of help...we finally figured out my phone was way screwed up...so..had to get new phone...give them BOTH a raise!!!!! Specially gabriel...he went above..and beyond to help me...good job hombre'!!! Keep it up..

The store here in 3rd Ave. Rosie always gives me the best deals and best service. I have with them for 15 years and I have not met any body as sweet and understanding. I will look out for my girl. I know she don't need it. Every time I come in and see her I ask you want to fight. It's a inside joke. Come check our my girl

Josdamy and Elizabeth are the best! After spending hours online and on the phone with customer service I decided to take a chance and go into the stores. Most Boost mobile store front are only authorized dealers and really have nothing to do with online orders, but these girls went above and beyond. Josdamy called customer service for me and when that didn’t work she went online to chat with them. In the end it took her maybe 20 minutes to solve what I had been trying to do for days! They didn’t have to help me, but they did everything they could to help me return my phone! Give these two a raise!!!

Don’t shop here they will tell you that your getting things for free then charge you for it.They also scam you!Phones for new lines are certain prices but they will add little fees here and there to get the bill back up and hope you don’t notice.If you try to return the phone in 2 days time they will tell you there’s a restocking fee of 80.00 and it says you have 7 days to return.Thieves here!
