Josdamy and Elizabeth are the best! After spending hours online and on the phone with customer service I decided to take a chance and go into the stores. Most Boost mobile store front are only authorized dealers and really have nothing to do with online orders, but these girls went above and beyond. Josdamy called customer service for me and when that didn’t work she went online to chat with them. In the end it took her maybe 20 minutes to solve what I had been trying to do for days! They didn’t have to help me, but they did everything they could to help me return my phone! Give these two a raise!!!

If you want anything done, they have the same response. Change plans? Call customer service. Cancel service? Call customer service. Unlock a phone? Call customer service. Do you have this phone in stock? Call customer service. Why even have a physical store in the first place?

Don’t shop here they will tell you that your getting things for free then charge you for it.They also scam you!Phones for new lines are certain prices but they will add little fees here and there to get the bill back up and hope you don’t notice.If you try to return the phone in 2 days time they will tell you there’s a restocking fee of 80.00 and it says you have 7 days to return.Thieves here!

Came in while on vacation due to me dropping my phone in the lazy river lol Megan was very helpful an knowledgeable about the phones! Definitely recommend her when coming to this location!! She's awesome ?

My boyfriend had a hard time switching carriers but Erica and Gabriel were lifesavers! Great customer service, went above and beyond for him, will definitely recommend this location

Nothing but cons work here! I wouldn’t trust them… they see an opportunity to sneak stuff in they will. Then what you get is broken or not at all and paying triple because they think it’s ok to take advantage of people who aren’t from around there!!! Stay away from here!!! BBB needs a call about these scandalous cons!!!

I broke my Boost old phone and I came to this location to buy a new one. Gabriel and JosDamy told me my old phone could not be fixed. So they showed me the Samsung phone. The did everything for me set up my new phone.They were just fabulous and totally aimed to please.I totally recommend coming to the Boost Mobile location.

Just ran in to pay a bill for someone else. She was so polite & extremely helpful. Didn't try to force me to switch to her service myself, just let me do what I needed & go. Very much appreciated!!

Been a loyal customer for years but now I'm considering switching to T-MobileThis branch of Boost Mobile is the worst phone retail store I've ever been too and if it is any indication to how the whole company is being ran that I do no want to be associated with Boost Mobile in the slightest.I walk in the store and immediately got greeted with a bad attitude by the male behind the counter. I explain my issue and that I already contacted customer support online and was specifically told to come to the store to have my problem solved because of systems issues.Once I finish explaining my issue to Mr.Attitude he said the only thing he can do for me is sell me a new phone and that he can't help me whatsoever with anything else.I am perfectly capable of getting my phone screen fixed or doing it myself. I am not buying a new phone if I don't need one."Byeee"
