A big thank you to the CBW Crew for taking wonderful care of our boy Gunner. We went out of town to visit our grandson and knowing that Gunner was in great hands as always, we did not have to worry about him. We knew the crew was giving him lots of hugs and kisses. Thank you for always taking such wonderful care of Gunner. You treat him as though he's one of your own and that means the world to us. Thank you so much!

My dog Mickey really likes coming here. he is always ready to head in. We went to the interview and just had a full day of day camp. Mickey also got a bath and had his nails trimmed. The prices are reasonable.

This is the second time I have left Barnes here while on vacation. They take great care of him and he seems to be relaxed any time I check in on the cameras. Everyone is so friendly and he comes home happy.

Terrible experience. I asked the staff multiple times only to feed my dog his specific diet. He has pancreatitis and if he ingests anything other than what I send in, he gets a flare up. This last time was the LAST chance for them. He ended up in ER emergency vet within 24 hours of being home. I emailed the owner and her response was her staff only fed him what I sent and he was fine. The most insulting comment she made was "I felt the need" to take him to the vet. He was dehydrated and having bloody diarrhea. I know for a fact (as evidenced by pictures sent from a previous visit) they don't follow instructions. NEVER AGAIN will my dogs board here. Terrible customer service. I have also contacted corporate office. My advice STAY AWAY

My family and I traveled to North Myrtle Beach for 7 days. I decided to bring my dog along and purchase day care services at Camp Bow Wow. I purchased a deal after his interview (3 full days, a bath, and an enrichment class) for 90 dollars. The staff told me on the day of the interview that she will call after 3 hours to give an update which she did not. We didn’t find out how the interview went until we decided to pick him up. On the first day, my dog left camp panicking with a purple-liking tongue. I gave him water which he drank for 20-30 seconds without a break. The second day, I asked about providing water which I was told that there is a community bowl for the dogs to water out of. We informed the staff that my dog did not drink out of community bowls and only drinks bottle water which was provided along with his water bowl. To be fair, he didn’t appear as thirsty the second day. On the third day, we informed staff at drop off that we wanted the bath and enrichment class as we were heading back home the next day. When we picked up my dog, he didn’t look like he was bathed. We asked and the staff implied yes And we put a bandaged on him. My dog is bathed bi-weekly and he did not look like he was bathed. His ears and feet were damp and his face was dirty. To be honest, he looked more disheveled compared to when we dropped him off. Camp Bow Wow I am disappointed in the dishonesty and overall services. FYI, we were not able to see my dog on the camera 2 out of 3 days.

The staff is super friendly and professional, they take time to answer questions. The ease of dropping off and picking up my fur baby. The facility is very clean, and absolutely love that I can check up on my pet via cameras. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow.

We bring our puppy to get exercise. Staff is very friendly and definitely appear to love the dogs. Having cameras to be able to check in on her is a plus.

We were in Myrtle Beach for several months and wanted a few days to sightsee. Not wanting to leave our beagle in the RV for the day, we brought him to Camp Bow Wow for a play day. He had so much fun and we were extremely impressed with Camp Bow Wow! Everyone there was so very nice and treated our beagle as if he was their own. We are so happy to have found a safe doggie daycare where he could spend the day running around with new friends.
