I’ve been with them for a year and they have been great. They answer the phone, are super professional, and are quick to fill prescriptions. I wish they had better weekend hours, but they are very responsive when they’re open so it has never been an issue. They’re also very forthcoming about prices and interactions with insurance. Highly recommend trying them out!

This pharmacy has by far exceeded my expectations! Every single time I either call or walk in it's so pleasant. Everyone is so nice and always provides excellent customer service. Sam and Janet are always so kind and you can clearly tell they care about their customers. Thank You to everyone at Carolina Forest Pharmacy so glad I transferred all of our family prescriptions here.

I cannot say enough good things about Carolina Forest Pharmacy. From the first moment I walked through the door, they have consistently provided the best service. If they are out of your particular medicine, they will have it next day and they text you to let you know! Also if a med is going to cost more through your insurance than regular price they will tell you and then apply a coupon as well if needed to make it even cheaper. You're never there more than 5-10 minutes waiting if you bring in your prescription and if the doctor has already called it in, it's usually ready by the time I get there. You cannot ask for better service. They will literally go out of their way to help you even if they're busy. Why use a chain pharmacy when they don't care about you as a human being? Go to Carolina Forest Pharmacy , I promise you'll be a very happy customer that is treated with kindness and dignity. My husband & I are very grateful to have found them. ?

My orthopedic doctor sent in an Rx for me and by the time I drove from his office to Carolina Forest Pharmacy I received a text that my medication was ready and how much my cost was. They even have their own app! Very efficient process between my doctor, the pharmacy and myself! Thanks!

We switched to this pharmacy from CVS. The customer service has been AMAZING. IF they are out of a medication we get it the next day. With CVS it took days. CVS had been out of my nasal spray for 6 months my 1st month here it was filled! CVS on international actually asked my Dr. to write my script with codeine migraine meds because it be "less work for him'. Carolina Forest now fills my script without codeine. The pharmacists and staff are AMAZING! YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG SWITCHING HERE.

Nice place and friendly people behind counter. They explained how much prescriptions would be, because they are specialty prescriptions that your local pharmacy does not carry. Fast and efficient service.

A very friendly and efficient Pharmacy. Three very small complaints. The website for the app does not work for all devices. They are only open till noon on Saturday and no Sunday hours. So if there is an emergency you probably have to go someplace else. The last one is once in a while I will call to make sure all my prescriptions are filled because it's a little bit of a drive. Multiple times after getting a heads up an hour or two in advance they have almost sent me home without my narcotic pain reliever. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or they subscribe to the stigma of people on pain medication.
