I am reading the reviews here and I personally have not had this experience. I have been treated professionally and taken care of in a timely manner. Dr Cohen has been great, he has worked with me and finally diagnosed me correctly and got the correct medication for me. He and Sharon have gone out of their way to help me. I have had breathing problems since childhood and seen many doctors and was finally diagnosed with Eosinophilic Asthma and treated with the medication for that and I cannot tell you how it has changed my life. Now if we could just fix the cost of the medication everything would be wonderful! Thank you CHS for taking care of me!

doctors seem ok however attention to a persons illness & sickness can be overlooked due to the sheer numbers of patients that they run through the office during the day. In addition their is confusion and problems with personnel at check in and or online checking. A visit to ones doctors office (if you are sick and unwell--not life threatening illnesses) ) should be the first line of medical care (they have your medical history!) instead the Emergency room or urgent care facility especially if you have a history of medical issues or if you have a disability. As always it's always very important to check these issues out before choosing a doctors/medical care office. I would not recommend this practice if your looking for quality personal health care.

This is the most unprofessional and disorganized office I have dealt with ... So I had an appt with Erica Domogauer and she cancelled the day of the appointment because she was sick, ok rescheduled and then the day of that second appointment I get a call saying we are sorry but Erica is no longer taking any new patients .. like seriously the day of the appointment not two weeks in advance so they wasted two months of my time and now I have to find a new provider.. the receptionist said she would find me a new provider in a new office and then said "wait sorry I have to figure out how to do this because it's a different office I'll call u back " and that was 4 days ago.. I left a voicemail to the office manager with a complaint about this and I haven't heard back from them.. do not go here because they don't know what they are doing

Having serious breathing problems so the ER and my doctor told me to go to a specialist ASAP so in December I made an appointment for February so I called the day before my appointment to confirm but they had canceled and the lady told me I had to reschedule and there first appointment available is in May I asked what was going on and I received an attitude from the lady saying if I would of called when they canceled I could be seen sooner but I never got a cancelation call at all so my breathing problems keep getting worse and I haven't even seen a doctor yet I've herd wonderful about the doctor but I've also been warned about the attitude but I didn't do anything to her all I want is to just see the doctor if you don't like your job or having a bad day don't take it out on paralyzed person just hoping to breath better I don't deserve that I didn't give an attitude when my appointment got canceled with NO warning

Worst practice ever. Went for a well visit/ annual physical exam as I am newer to the area. I call and ask if they take my insurance, they say yes. Arrive on time for my appt and wait 45 minutes to be seen. Dr Salahuddin finally arrives. Spends maybe 2-3 minutes listens to heart and lungs and looks in ears. Says to get bloodwork. That's it and she leaves. I have a $0 deductible insurance policy with $0 co pay for well visit appts. They are billing me $300+! Dr coded the visit as a procedure visit that required moderate medical decision making and they now admit they don't take my BCBS insurance (they are a "second tier" provider) Called the billing office and received no help. This bill won't be paid. They are manipulating health care insurance companies and their patients. My next action is to contact NC Attorney General's Office.

Stay away especially from doc lazaar office the manager Jennifer is nasty and refused to schedule me after they rescheduled me twice and threw me out of the office I spoke to Joyce CEO who advised me that the doc and administrator have the right to schedule and discharge who they want to see as patients I reported them to SC health department and Medicare now seeking govt complaint and news report them Do not let them get away with playing God they are rude and inconsiderate and discriminate if you try to speak about your rights

This place is trash. STAY AWAY. We were originally patients of a certain doctor at this practice and 2 yrs ago had to move out of state. We recently decided to move back and made an appointment to see this doctor and just prior to the appointment they cancelled it saying we had "Self Discharged" so we would not be afforded an appointment as they are not accepting new patients. Now we have to wait 30 to 45 days minimum to see a different practice. When asked what moving out of state has to do with not being allowed to see a doctor there they went into a circular logic about self discharging..and no new patients. Then when asked how about another doctor there? No, you self-discharged 2 years ago. What the hell does that even mean? Is that code for we don't want you as a patient for some reason we don't want to share? Is that even legal? STAY AWAY from this place.

Best physician experience I've had in the last 2 years. Dr Becker is very personalable and caring. Great bedside manner and a very pleasant doctor's visit. Staff is great as well. Helped me tremendously for an upcoming surgery. If you need a pulmonologist I would suggest scheduling here.

If you have a drs apt at Carolina Health Care specialist on 82nd Ave BEWARE! They take your temp and have you fill out a questionnaire on covid symptoms. Answer No to everything. Dont be honest especially if you have Asthma and need to be seen for meds. The rude girl by the door will tell you to sit over there and wait for the nurse. The nurse won't come their office manager will come down and deny you your appointment. I have allergies to grass pollen which is very high right now. So Yes breathing is rough Yes it makes me cough. Yes it.bothers my eyes and sinuses. I answered honestly.to those 3 questions and was denied service after waiting for 2 months to even be seen. I also feel I was discriminated against for not having a covid vaccine and for one.of my disibilities which is Allergy induced Asthma What a total colossal waste of time ! I will never go there again The first question is did you have a Covid Vaccine my answer no. My reason I have auto Immune disease and do not yet trust such a new vaccine to not cause an issue. Have I had a covid test in the past 10 days. I'm nope. I.did have a.negative one 2 weeks or so ago because I had a bad sinus infection and an upper respiratory infection due to being overwhelmed with allergies I got sick from them. Covid test negative covid antibody test negative. Yup Inwas just plain sick. Anyone with allergies will have sinus issues so I had to check yes on that box. Trouble breathing well I have allergy induce asthma so I checked yes on the. Breathing and sinus question. So even though I have a history of this issue and even though I had no fever etc. I was treated very rudely by both the girl at the door her demeanor and attitude were nasty and then the office administrator who was not any better and not even a nurse or health care professional came down stairs rudely refused me service. Even though I had this appointment set nearly 2 months prior. So gone are.my ability to get my colonoscopy and pap test and lab work done. It is not okay to descriminate against anyone like this. Especially a patient with documented disabilities. .

Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. Attempted to call the woman who left me a message and she's not there. Tried twice to get through and was on hold indefinitely. Called today and told me even though I don't have or need a referral I cannot make an appointment. I told her to forget it. It was already to complicated.

I think Dr. Duff is awesome! He explains everything and let’s you know exactly what is going on. He cares about his patients and that is by far saying a lot. Thank you Dr. Duff for everything.

Middle of COVID 19 outbreak and the staff had to be asked to wash hands and sanitize the EKG cables, stethoscope. Brought my own no cuff and other equipment next visit. Tried to get appointment with 1 of best in US but as had seen other staff my appointment had to be delayed by 45 days.

Canceled my appointment twice, the rescheduled and never sent confirmation email as requested then billed me for missing appointment. Moving on to a different practice.
