Overall experience was ok. The clothes are nice and the prices are decent however the employee we received helped from was rude and spoke with a condescending tone. The receipt said her name was Markia. Hopefully you can train your employees better so they treat customers with respect and decency

We had a wonderful time with our cashier, Latoya! She was cheerful, helpful, and engaging while me and my “emergency contact” acted a fool at the register! She answered honestly when I asked if the underwear we were buying for our nephew would fit me and look good with my outfit. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend this store because of Latoya!

Best customer service around! Especially Latoya!!! She was on top of her game! I was pushing my mom in a wheelchair, she opened doors for us and helped us get around the store!!

What happened to you Carter's? Your new line looks like a middle aged woman is going through a crisis. There are ZERO cute baby clothes for a girl. The quality is also really really bad. The gowns that used to be soft are scratchy as heck. This is the sadest state I've ever seen your line in. I've bought baby clothes for every one of my babies for the last 16 years and have been proud to do so. I guess not for this baby. Sad....

They ask you to sign up for a store card to get an extra discount, but then they have no idea how to do it. It took almost 20 minutes and they still couldn't figure it out, so we just left. Not great for business.

Great selection lots on sale for the holidays. Have all children sizes available even newborn. Open until 9 pm Monday thru Friday.
