This is my go to store, I live very close to it. My only reason for such a Low Score is 90% of the time you go in there to get a fountain drink they are out of cup, lids, straws or the damn machine is broke down. Circle K needs to either get a better maintenance group or invest in some new up to date equipment. But this seems to be the problem at Most Circle K's.

I was here a few days ago with my gf and the clerk was rude and nasty I asked for my recipe because the machine did not ask if I wanted a recipe and she was rude and nasty about it honestly I don't know how you let employees treat customers that way no respect at all that is that last time I ever stop here

There is a young lady with lots of piercings in her lips who was extremely rude to me. First she tried to say I had cut in front of another customer, the customer wasn’t even in line when I got there. I asked her for $5 in gas at pump #8, she told the gentleman that I wanted lottery tickets, then asked me if I wanted lottery tickets to which I said no. She then refused to serve me. I am 64 years young and feel she was discriminating about my elderly status. This is NOT the first time she ha been rude to me. If it wasn’t for the lovely young man, about 6ft 6, sorry I didn’t get their names, gave me exceptional customer service. I would not use this station again. Friday May 2nd just before 6pm.

Tried to get gas and left my wallet at home while I had 10 miles until empty. Three of the pumps I went to didn’t have tap to pay working. Took my business to speedway down the street

Will never be back in there.. the lady that was working front counter was very rude and she let another customer jump line which was very wrong on her part she should got in back in line like everyone else. And 2 other employees heard the way she spoke to me very nasty and customer service was horrible

I wanted to pay for my soda and gas at the same time but she said no that I can't make two transactions a the same time and I went and told my mom and she went to go ask why but the lady denied it and was very rude only because she saw thar I was girl of ten years old she was rude to me
