Went last night during my last day on vacation and was more than pleased with my experience ! Matt (I believe was his name) was more than helpful , even with the crowd he was very attentive and was constantly making rounds around the store to check on people which I thought was nice. I ended up wanting to purchase a coat but was told it was sold out ( understandable with the holiday ) Matt however , took time to double check and I went home with the coat I loved instead of the one I liked ! ( and some extra coats/socks/blankets just because ) thanks so much again !

We walked into the Columbia Factory Store "just to browse"—famous last words. Initially, we scored an amazing deal on a pair of sneakers for my wife. Feeling pretty proud of ourselves, we paid, signed up for the rewards program, and got a "$20 off your next purchase" coupon. Sweet, right?
As we were leaving, I spotted a jacket I thought would look great on my wife. She tried it on, it fit perfectly, and back into the store we went. That's when we discovered the fine print: the coupon was only valid on purchases over $100.
Cue the scavenger hunt! We roamed the store to find something to hit the threshold. The result? A stylish jacket for myself. After applying all the discounts, my jacket ended up costing just $10 extra. Who knew saving money could be this much fun?
Great deals, great finds, and an unexpected adventure in bargain hunting. Highly recommend!

Don't have any men's sizes larger than XXL. Nice people work there. Great clothes, but if you're a tall fellow or a larger chap, you'll need to go to Columbia website.
