The coaches and members are super friendly, helpful, and accommodating to all, including beginners and visitors. Workouts are great, leaving attendees impressed. The class booking system is super easy and offers a lot of different times, working well for busy schedules. It is highly recommended for anyone visiting the area or living local who cares about health.

Thank you John Kim and the rest of the crew at CrossFit Asperitas for two great workouts! I’ll be sore but that’s ok. If you’re just visiting or new to the Myrtle area definitely check them out. I will certainly be back when we’re in town.

Dropped in here while travelling for vacation. John was super knowledgeable and helpful. Gym had great equipment and was really clean. Highly recommend!
