The lady at the cashier was super rude, I only needed help and she was so unkind and being rude towards me. also was taking about the other customer about me in front of my eyes. Super rude, not going back

while I frequently use this pharmacy, the reason why it received a one star rating today was because of the visit I just had. Earlier I went to drop off a prescription, there were problems with my insurance, so I elected to return home and get it straightened out with the insurance company and then pick up my prescription when it was ready rather than waiting. The man helping me was awesome. Did everything he could to help me. Meanwhile, I received a text stating that my prescription was ready, so I went to pick it up. The woman behind the counter was so rude! She couldn't even manage to say hello after I said hello to her. She has absolutely no customer service and was just plain rude. Even condescending toward her coworker while I was standing right there, along with many other customers. She basically tossed my prescription on the counter and walked away. I never do reviews, but I couldn't get home fast enough, so that I could write this review. However, other than her, I would give this CVS a 5 star rating. She needs a new job, and it shouldn't be in customer service!

their pharmacist are so rude completyyy out of pocket they need to take a class of costumer service after making me cry and being mean I went ahead and went home to where I called in to ask if my stuff was ready and wanted to apply a coupon over the phone which I've done before she said No little boy you have to come in with it when I've done it multiple times over the phone, she was being extremely rude and lazy I saw her sit in front of a computer and playing on her phone for 30 minutes she should get fired

I have visited this pharmacy inside Target only two times and I will never go there again. Both times has been unpleasant. the pharmacist Dan is RUDE and always seem to be to busy... I booked my appointment ahead of time. I went there for a flu shot and Covid booster on 9/27/22 and all he could talk about was who was paying for them, even though I have two good insurance. He claimed to have ran my Humana card but said it was rejected. I went home and called the insurance and was told they saw no evidence of a claim that was put through and my Covid vaccines are 100 percent covered. He is not only rude but incompetent! He said I just got the vaccine in and it's still froze. He acted as if I shouldn't have been there. When I called beck he said he is overworked and the company will not allow him to hire more. I only wanted my flu shot and Covid booster. what I got was nothing but an angry overwhelmed Dan!

Great service on pharmacy. Slow on phones but they are busy as it's the only 24 hour in the area. Go inside. Place order. Wait hour. Get medicine. Dude working tonight was awesome. Good work and good experience.

No one ever answers the phone. I've sat on hold for an hour and waited in line in the drive thru another hour just to get a refill! I don't know if their understaffed or just leave the phone off the hook.

Called this cvs to find myself waiting on hold for over 20 mins and decide to hang up and go there to check if prescription was filled. Waited in drive thru line for over 15 mins without the line moving. Went inside to pick up line. Waited 10-15 minutes to be told to go to drop off line. Gave my information to be told it wasn't filled still when they received the order at 9 am and it was 3pm. Now I have to wait 30-45mins for pick up. While I was there not a single person was answering phone calls in the pharmacy. Thus, the long lines were due to lack of organization and prioritization. Worst CVS ever. The Only reason my prescription was sent to cvs, the hospital didn't use my most recent pharmacy of choice, Walmart Pharmacy. Will never use CVS again. Everything is overpriced anyway. Also the district number provided for complaints goes straight to voice mail. Your opinions won't be heard and problems will not be rectified in a timely manner.

I had a simple, common prescription called in to this CVS. When I went an hour later to pick it up, they told me it wouldn't be ready for HOURS. DO NOT try to fill a prescription here if you want it the same day.I'll never go back.
