This CVS has the worst pharmacy period. Not only Is the wait over 60 min minimum but they either delete or send your prescriptions to other locations without your consent. Some pharmacists there are pretty rude and really don't know what they are doing. If you cant handle the Carolina Forest traffic then quit. Do A Better Job!!!Ps- Ive had Issues here over 10 times for simple prescriptions.

CVS is always a great place to shop. They offer a care pass which saves money. They also give you extra bucks on some things. Twenty percent when you buy CVS products. Employees friendly and helpful. Saves me money every time I go there.

This CVS pharmacy location is the worst! They do not pick up the phone. I’ve called several times and they keep my on hold for over 30 minutes! My doctor sent a prescription to get filled for me HOURS ago and it’s still processing! They have the worst customer service! I’m transferring to Publix Pharmacy!

I went to fill a prescription this morning at 9 am. It wasn’t filled yet so I asked her to fill it. She said it would be an hour. No problem. I come back at 1:20 and one is ready one isn’t. Says it will be another hour. Ok fine, I’ll take the one that’s ready. She tells me the price, super high, I say I have good rx and not sure how to use it. She looks irritated like I’m bothering her with my questions. Tells me to go around bc there are people behind me, it would have talent 5 second to type in the name and pull it up, it’s almost lunch time so im sure she was in a hurry. I pull around and tell her im gonna transfer my prescription to Publix. Much cheaper and cvs is RUDE.

Never have medicine ready on time, rarely answer the phone, and drive thru takes 10 minutes at least for 1 car.I don't understand what is going on here. the pharmacy one tried to give me someone else's medication but luckily I caught it before I left.

Don’t bother with the pharmacy. I called to have a prescription transferred to this pharmacy. I got through in a short time and spoke to a lovely pharmacist or tech on the phone who took my information and that she would call me when it was done. I waited 24hrs and called them back to find out what was going on. I was on hold for almost 20min and gave up. I sent my husband over to check what was going on and they had no record of it.

Pharmacy personnel is incredibly rude. Called to ask why the entire pharmacy appeared to be closed the day before during normal hours. Was interrupted by the lady, and ultimately hung up on. Recommend doing business elsewhere until management corrects this issue.

I purchased my item with all my hands full and my own bag. When I approached the counter 2 employees backed out of the way, so I went to the self-checkout. Since my hands were full I dropped the bottles on the checkout and scrambling I am aware I did not scan everything before the machine started an auto-message. I did not request help and 1 of the 2 employees came to my machine and very arrogantly stated "it didn't scan everything you have to scan it again." I can read and see the screen very well and would have been fine. However, after she said this to me she returned to hiding behind the checkout and was VISIBLY LAUGHING WITH THE OTHER EMPLOYEE AT ME!!! It wasn't that funny and for a CVS employee on camera, you'd think they'd at least wait until I left. I will NEVER EVER go there again. I will also not send any medications there for myself, my family or my pets. It was so blatant and rude. I can easily go to Publix or Carolina Forest Pharmacy within the same radius. The prices are usually at least a dollar cheaper as well.

Long wait times at pharmacy every time I go whether I go inside or to drive thru. Can never get what I need in 1 trip. Went 3 times in 1 day to pick up a rx after i was told meds would be ready and on my 3rd return I was told rx wouldnt be available until the next day. Short staffed for the volume. Have called their regional management to complain. My daughter has been out of a daily medication for almost 1 month. I have called twice to inquire about it... 1 call I waited for 9 mins with no answer, I called again today and waited 15 mins on hold with no answer, and I called the front staff after waiting so long and waited for 6 mins with still no answer.

Two Pharmacy techs couldn’t be bothered to make a simple phone call to drs office when I didn’t have phone service myself. Told me to drive to office to get prescription sent. Mind you I am positive for flu A so they just want me driving and spreading it all around.

Meds are never ready when they say they will be. ER called prescription in for me on March 25 it took 5 days to get them. The pharmacist told me they were promised for March 30. However I went on the 31st and they weren't ready. They charged me for diabetic supplies that I don't have to pay for. My insurance refunded me the money. I have to call refills in weeks before in order to have them.

Why can’t anyone in the Pharmacy answer the phone? “May we take your number and return your call?” or, “Would you care to leave a message?” Either of these choices seem easy. That is IF anyone would actually return the calls.

At 10:45 on 2/15/2023 I spoke to someone in the Pharmacy at CVS on International Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC, asking if my prescription that my Doctor called in at 8:30 am (same day 2/15/2023) was ready. The woman told me that it was scheduled to be ready for later that day at 3:00 pm. She went on to say if I needed it sooner I would have to personally come in to expedite it & wait. I asked if I could verbally expedite over the phone and she said "no" & hung up on me. This CVS Pharmacy is so rude & unprofessional!
