Dear CVS Pharmacy.
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations. During my recent visit, I encountered a very rude employee — an African American woman, tall in stature — whose attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. She came across as though she felt too superior to be working there, and her tone and demeanor made the interaction quite uncomfortable.
I believe customer service should be consistent, respectful, and welcoming — unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I value CVS and hope future visits are more in line with the level of care and professionalism I’ve come to expect.

Waited at the register for 10 minutes ringing the service bell and no one came to help, went and searched for someone myself, asked them if they had the item I needed (wasn't in the normal spot) and she didn't say anything just pointed to the register, then when I got up there another lady that worked there said they were out. Absolute horrendous service and communication, wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

All the staff are very helpful. Art Bonner, Pharmicist always makes time to answer any questions/concerns I may have regarding my prescriptions.

Awesome customer service! Amy in the pharmacy was so helpful! We ended up paying out of pocket for the prescriptions due to Walgreens not being willing to transfer the medicine for 48 hours. It was money well spent to get our daughter the medicine she needed and not having to deal with Walgreens after they hung up on us. Thanks CVS!

Thanks Jeff for switching me to the automated machine after you did not help me patiently with my prescription. Which I came in two days ago for and yesterday your system said my prescription was ready only to learn today that I don't have a prescription there. Either way you keep repeating yourself but not hearing your system is faulty. I will be switching my prescriptions from your store. I usually see people get frustrated about their prescriptions not being filled when they said they were and now it happens to me I sympathize with them. You know YAH TSEBA'OTH THE CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH JUDGE IN THIS MATTER.

The pharmacist was so knowledgeable I actually felt better once I took the medication. The pharmacist was just so pleasant and patient. The store was so immaculate I would love to visit again!

I just left the 6617 North kings hwy CVS location in Myrtle beach and I have to say the customer service I received tonight from staff member Debbie and the store manager, Steve, was absolutely amazing! They both said hello and greeted me with a warm smile when I walked in and asked me if i needed help with anything, which tonight i actually needed help with a few things, and they immediately assisted me and made sure I was taken care and answered all the questions. This is By far pen of the best customer services experiences I have encountered in a long time. Thank you so Much Debbie and Steve!! Y’all are amazing and made my night! I appreciate you both so much!! ??

I had been very pleased with the phcy at this CVS until I experienced a serious issue today. I am on a steroid inhaler and I use it every morning for asthma and lung issues. They have always refilled it and had it for me a couple of days ahead of needing the new one. I would always have it to keep my treatment going. I had not received the text letting me know it was ready so I called the phcy only to find out it had to be ordered. I used my last one today. The delivery was suppose to be to me today after 2:00. When I called I was told the person was late picking up and I might possibly get it the next day. In further research it appears it was shipped USPS. This hardly meets their “quick delivery” service. The part that has upset me the most is the lack of concern for my well being. As a result I have transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
