I guess the reviews speak for themselves. The pharmacist I dealt with was extremely rude and short. Her patience was non existent. Spoke to me as if i was an inconvenience. Refused to check the status of prescription that were sent in. Told me it would be over an hour wait. I was the only person in the whole store. For someone who hands out prescription drugs all day maybe they should have a better attitude and be more willing to help. These reviews are pointless though because nothing will change with this corporation. Definitely should focus some of those millions on Customer service!

I refill for freestyle test strips and they sent me messages saying they are out of stock for two weeks and I can’t transfer to other pharmacy because under Medicare part B and the doctor need refill new prescription for other pharmacy. I went to doctor today and I ask him to send new prescription to Walgreens and I’m driving to the home and Walgreens sent me message saying prescription is ready for pick up. I live 5 minutes walk away from CVS and Walgreens about 15 blocks away from home. I think better to drive to Walgreens than I wait couple months to get from CVS. I think problem not doctor behind the counter but manager run store he keep stock over counter and not keep stock of pharmacy.

As someone stated if there was a option for zero stars I would have choose it. NEVER in my life have I encountered a more disrespectful pharmacy staff as this one. Destiny is one of the girls who was behind the counter at the pharmacy and she was rude and disrespectful also lying about transferring my prescription to another pharmacy. She acted like it was a inconvenience to her I was even asking and this is AFTER the other pharmacy called twice and I had to physically go in and demand it. Everyone should be fired in the pharmacy and ill never step foot in there again! Horrible. 2/16/25

Every employee at this store is friendly and helpful. They are always working to make sure they are available to check customers out. The store manager is a great leader!

I had a wonderful experience with Twanna at CVS. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about the store, and took her time assisting me with my needs. I also observed her interacting with an elderly gentleman, and her patience and kindness were truly commendable. Twanna's expertise and dedication to excellent customer service make her a standout employee. Thank you, Twanna, for going above and beyond!

The store in Myrtle Beach has an excellent staff. When I am down there again And needed something from CVS I would go there again. Other stores should take note to how that store is run!!!

Pharmacy didn't have the stock to fill my script for 2 days. Thanks very much to Destiny for taking the initiative to forward it to another local CVS and having it filled. It's nice to see a solid work ethic in someone young. Thanks again, Destiny.

My CVS shopping experience was great, the CVS staff made me feel like they really cared about me. The cashier was very patient with me and assisted me with using the CVS app which allowed me to save money.
