I find that most of the time they don't have what I'm looking for. I go there every week and most of the time come out empty handed. They may have a lot of items on sale but the everyday items are not stocked on a regular basis. They never have more than one item that I may be looking for or nothing at all which is mostly the case.

Always an issue with this pharmacy - most of the staff is unprofessional and unreasonable - switching to Walgreens, not that anyone cares at all

Random review as I am not one to usually review places like this, but wanted to give a shout out to the woman running the register. She was a tough lady who you could tell did not take mess from anyone. She bossed me around on how to use the credit card machine - do not - I repeat - do NOT put your card in before she tells you. Call me crazy. But I loved her. I think she even witnessed to me even without saying a word about religion. She reminded me that WE are not in control, we just think we are. A star off for crappy high prices. As expected.

I wish to give them zero stars but it wasn’t an option here. Pharmacy staff extremely rude after being on the phone for 35 minutes no one answered so I decided to go there in person when I got there it was 8:30 they close at 9:00 and they refused to fill in my RX that my Dr called in telling me to go to Myrtle Beach CVS they are open 24 hrs. The tech yelled at me and interrupted my conversation with the pharmacist I will never go there but will also contact the corporate and provide names.

Their website clearly states they're open until 12a but I pulled in at 10:06p and an employee walking out yelled "we're closed".

34 minutes and counting sitting in the Pharmacy drive through line‼️You'd think if the person who was at the windows script wasn't ready yet or there was a problem~~they would drive around and get back in line....not hold EVERYONE up, just cuz they don't want to move!!!I just want out. This is ridiculous.I clearly chose the wrong location. ??

Cashier was talking on her phone when I entered. She was standing in the corner playing on her phone when I was ready to check out. She had no idea I was at the register if I would not have called to her I was ready to check out.

My local store was having problems getting my twin daughters insurance being processed even after having insurance company call them they still could not get info put in correctly. We were going out of town so decided to try another store. Went to this CVS and the pharmacist Donna, was incredibly helpful and within minutes had issue resolved and medicine filled. The next day I received a call from Donna stating she also went ahead and straightened out my other twins insurance info. She truly went above and beyond as this is not my regular store. Thank you Donna and CVS!! Great customer service!!!!

I walked into this establishment. A employee named Patricia looked at me but did not speak. I spoke to her and started looking for the items I needed. When I was unable to find an item, I asked Patricia where it was. "She took a deep breath and said if you read the signs up top it will tell you where everything is." My presence seemed to be a issue for this employee. She was not helpful at all. I frequently shop at CVS back home, but Patricia made this experience almost unbearable. I know that this is not how CVS would want to be represented. I suggest that Patricia goes back to customer service training.
