I am a Zip wash member and have always had a good experience with my car being soft wash. Cleveland today made sure I got through the wash as the machine was delayed on reading my membership sticker.

Every time I come I have an amazing experience! Even though everyone is amazing Jason stands out! He is so polite, helpful, and ALWAYS has a smile on his face! Jason actually sprays the WHOLE car down which I really appreciate! He’s the only reason why I have a membership!

I enjoyed washing my car here, the vacuums worked really well, and I was not left with residue marks on my car after going through the wash, and Kyle was really awesome he was super friendly and helpful, he went a step further to help all the customers.people like him is what make the world go around.
