Carmen helped me at the gate, and the man was smooth under pressure. His mom called while he was helping me and wasn’t feeling well, but he still made sure I was taken care of first. Respect. Though as a dad and a son myself, I was also thinking, “Brother, go check on your mama.” That’s the kind of stuff that matters.
The process was clean, quick, seamless, and the membership deal made too much sense not to grab. Facility looked sharp, wash did its job, and Carmen handled the whole thing like a pro.

“We visit 2 to 3 times a year and I came through for a wash a few days ago. This was My first time here and I was greeted by a polite young man. He said his name is Ryan T. Although I didn't want a membership at this time, he was very informal on what each tier of wash came with. Not only that, when I went to vacuum out my vehicle, the vacuum that I was parked at was clogged and when I saw Ryan t still working at the payment section, I flagged him down and he assisted in getting the vacuum in working condition very quickly. This young man deserves a raise if he hasn't already gotten one ! I will be back and hopefully he's working when I come back! His professionalism and willingness to go out of his way was so refreshing ! ?”

“After going through the car wash I moved to the vacuum area and two ladies from the hospitality crew came to my car. Introduce themselves and said is there anything we can do for you. I said jokingly you could vacuum my car. They jumped right on it. They vacuum the car and wipe down the front dash and everything. Melissa and Lizzie are awesome. “I have a quick question for the owner/operator. Can people do drying and/or detailing at the station where pressure water and soapy brushes are? I've seen some customers do drying with towel and/or detailing without moving their vehicles out of station while some other customers are waiting for the open station.”
“Wow! I’ve never been to a car wash where they took 5 minutes plus to pre wash my vehicle before the actual wash itself. The gentleman by the name of Rick was getting every spot imaginable. Best car wash I’ve been to! Well worth the small price they offer!”
“Frankie has the most knowledge of products and the application of them.
I just had my truck wrapped for my business. I took it to Frankie and he knew exactly what to do to protect my vinyl from UV rays and road grime. I only had the outside done but my old headlights are like brand new and so are my chrome rims. We have used his services for years now. Before that we had never been truly satisfied with anyone else's work. My wife and I are born and raised here and know a lot of his customers and and I promise they will never take their vehicle to another detailer. If you want your car to look as new as possible Frankie is the man to do the job. If there was a category he should be rated best of the beach. We highly suggest using Franks Auto Deailing services!!!”

“So im here from out of town and wanted to wash the 12 hrs worth of road grime off my truck. Did the search .. read the reviews .. and did the $6 Tuesday Special. Totally automated car wash ( 7 ft clearance ) took about 5 minutes. Much to my surprise the truck was about 95% cleaned! All but 1 dried on bug on the bumper and 1 small spot on the windshield. AND you get a vacuum token too!
While there i couldnt help but notice the owner cleaning the bays. Picking up trash and keeping up with the up keep. I would go back in a heart beat ... even if i had to pay the 12$.”

“Last week an employee at the Rt. 501 Nyrtle Beach approached me while I was drying my Camaro Convertible. His name is Tai. He struck up a conversation about his girl freing/wife's live of Camaros and with this, gave some personalization to the automated car wash experience in Myrtle Beach. I owned a manufacturing company in Newark, NJ for years and the car wash two blocks away had no automation. It was a group of about 12 Mexican guys that washed the car by hand with thick sponge like gloves. The cars were partially dried mechanically but mostly by hand while two guys would enter the car on the driver and passenger sides to clean the interior, vacuum, wash the interior windows, etc. It also allowed me to point out something extra and a tip. The cost of this was $12. Tai reminded me of the personal car wash experience.
I also would like to add that the new Mexican lady who guides us into the wash dies so everyday with a big red lipstick smile and a wave hello and goodbye. She makes me smile too. A BIG improvement over the guys who always look unhappy to be working to pay the bills. She should be the gold standard of your company.”
