1:54 PM 10/18/23 doors locked with all the lights on. There's even a FedEx tag about a missed delivery on the door. Stayed longer than I should have waiting told see if anyone an employee was taking a break. No one there.

Christina is the best Manager hands down she’s very hands on with what ever I or any other customer needs when it comes to customer service she puts us first. She’s always working very hard to make sure the store is cleaned and stocked with all items we need! She is very proficient and productive every time I shop in there! She is the only one I see working very, very hard. I love her hands down has the manager of the store and our community here at Myrtle beach, Sc. She even catches people who steal to and they don’t get away with it either. I have witness it several times! She is the MVP she deserves a raise and a promotion!!!!! I will reach out to corporate as well! I see her over seeing other dollar generals in the district area. Making sure it’s just like her home store! For again as I said before she is the MVP of excellence ?

I am extremely offended & need to FILE A COMPLAINT OF your RUDE employee at this THIS EMPLOYEE tried to ACCUSE ME BY SCREAMING and BELITTLING me in front of other customers at me as soon as I walked thru the door of "stealing the other day I went in their" .ooh noooo I am a VERY HARDWORKING MEMBER OF this Community I am offended I asked for proof and she told me she didn't have to show me. I need to talk To corporate immediately! I will not stand for such LIES!

An elderly customer was seriously injured going into your store and rather than helping, your employees laughed and made jokes about it. Thankfully my aunt was there to help her while she waited for the EMT. The fact that you aren’t even willing to talk about your ignorance and lack of compassion speaks volumes. Shame on you. Hope you are prepared for the complaints being filed to corporate. Absolutely unacceptable.

Disgusted! The short heavier build young “lady” was soo inappropriate speaking to her manager,Cedrick on the phone to report an incident that happened just minutes prior. An elderly woman tripped on the curb and gashed her cheek on the edge of the curb,just had a prior back surgery and they think it’s funny… IF she was speaking to this so called manager ,Cedrick…he would Not get on the phone with me and she would not tell me when he would be in the store so I could speak to him about all that I heard while shopping. I ended up walking out at the register because I was so sickened by what I heard and her disrespectful response to me telling her she should take the call in the back instead of speaking foul in front of paying customers! I will not shop here again! I will let my family and friends know what took place here as well! I’m so close to calling the local news stations. I’m glad I got the elderly woman’s phone number to check in on her ….I’m sure she would be heartbroken to hear how heartless these employees really are!!! These 3 employees need to be fired!

Be careful when walking through the handicap access. An elderly lady tripped on the curb and had a very bad fall hitting her face pretty badly. The really sad part was the tasteless jokes and empathy the DG cashier associate,stocker AND the ‘manager’, Cedrick had. They should be terminated! The CEO says himself in his mission statement that all DG associates are respectful and kind. This is NOT an all what I witnessed 11/3/2021 @approx. 6:45pm est. Wednesday evening. You never know who’s listening and the conversation not only should not been discussed while checking out customers but it was definitely NOT funny! Very unprofessional,tasteless and very sad! I’m disappointed!!! I will NOT shop at this location and will be sure anyone I know doesn’t…The “on call manager” mid age ,5’2 ish, stocky female and Cedrick on the phone should not be representing DG! #disgusted #neverknowwhoslistening #respect #empathy #fixthecurb #psa

Always have good deals and they are convenient for my basic needs.
