Order some furniture through Elite Interiors, delivery took a little longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances. The furniture is exactly what we were hoping for when we order it; the delivery people were great. Would definitely purchase through Elite Interiors again.

I have worked with Elite over the last 15 years. I first worked with Christine on an entire house. She was lovely. When she left Cheryl Baldwin has been my person.She helped me complete another house. She is hugely responsive, incredible intention to detail and shares her expertise for details to consider and manufacturers. I am currently doing a third entire house with her and could not be more pleased. I do know there were issues over last few years on storing and shipping and having damaged goods taken care of in a timely manner. Like many of the past reviews I had a difficult time with Jay. They now have a new set up and I feel assured the service will be there. Pricing is excellent and I can tell you Christine has such a wealth of knowledge. She has been there over 25 years. I consider her an incredible resource and tremendous at her job. Thank you Christine. You have made this process seamless.

Warning!!!!! places, a scam we paid for our furniture and never received it. It’s been over a year. We’ve been fighting to try and get our money back. Don’t trust these guys.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT do business with this company, they are the worst. RUDE, DISRESPECTFULLY, USELESS
Ordering wasn't an issue but when the item arrived with an major issue and I wanted resolution they were absolutely rude, dismissive, hostile and not helpful AT ALL. They would not take care of the problem with the sofa and were quite hostile. Instead, I was verbally assaulted by an employee.
Stay away from this company.

Stephanie is your go to girl at EliteFurnitureGallery. I really enjoyed getting to know her. She's a great person who takes time to understand her customers' needs and comes up with great design ideas at great prices. I highly recommend Stephanie and EliteFurnitureGallery. Savings are even greater if you are purchasing from out of state.

Terrible, Terrible, terrible!!!! Jay is extremely unprofessional and I don't think he cares. I have asked for the Pillows that they send wrongly and the chair which was broken when delivered to be taken care of as of September 2023. After many many calls to Jay It still has not fixed . He does not return calls. I have bought many items from this store but this is the last time I would buy anything. It is very sad that a store is not honorable and could treat their customers so poorly!

Buyer beware! Don't buy anything from Eltie Interiors. They will not help with any issues or even return calls or emails. I purchased an Ambella tufted sectional that ripped at one of the buttons within a year of ownership. I have been trying to get a repair for 6mths, Jay in Customer Service will not return my calls or emails.

I have never written a review before but how I have been treated by this company I felt necessary to do so. I purchased a number of items from Elite early last year and received the last few items in October 2023. The sales team was great to work with. Two of the items received were damaged and the delivery company made note of it and I began discussing the issue with Jay (office manager) about correcting the issues. I had repeatedly called and emailed for over 6 months and Jay NEVER returned my calls or correspondence.-not one time and still has not. The only way I was able to speak with him is that a professional inside sales person actually made sure that Jay was in the office and transferred me to his desk and he took my call. During this call, Jay indicated that there is nothing he would do for the one piece that had a scratch (all I was asking for was a marker to fill the scratch in) and that on the other piece it would be replaced by the manufacturer and that he would get back to me with a delivery date. It is now late May (7 months later) with not one call or return email and I still do not have either of the two damaged furniture pieces repaired and not a single thing has happened. The only time Jay would ever call me was to collect money. Stay away from this place and more importantly - stay away and do not work with Jay. He is unprofessional, dishonest and does not care at all about customer satisfaction-he just cares about getting paid.

Please take your money elsewhere! I'm not sure how Jay still has a job. Excuse after excuse on reasons for delays, damaged items, and horrible customer service. The savings they portray isn't worth the hassle you will endure. Be prepared for unsecured phone calls and emails.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered new cushion covers for an outdoor sofa and unfortunately they were delivered damaged. When I called Elite Interiors to address the issue, Jay from "customer service" began to yell at me. I was told that the only way this could be resolved was if I paid for a +$225 delivery fee for replacing some of the damaged merchandise (not all). It did not make sense for me to pay a delivery fee for something that was 1) not my fault 2) only going to partially resolve the problem. I followed up with my credit card company to file a dispute and unfortunately, the merchant has signed paperwork that I should have rejected delivery. Since they were left at my front doorstep without me home, I never had the opportunity to reject delivery.
I probably would have budged and paid the delivery of $225, but was only willing to do that if the problem was going to be fully resolved and not partially resolved. It's a shame they didn't care to meet me in the middle.
I have given Elite Interiors probably +$15K of business over the years. I will never order from them again and strongly urge that you do not either. It's not worth any price savings you may get....trust me.
Ps. Elites response further proves how they do not care about customer service. Just because a credit card drops the dispute does not mean a customer was not mistreated.

Used them for many years when Christine was there. If you receive damage goods forget about them doing anything or getting your money back! WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A THING FROM THEM AGAIN!!! Manager JAY is the rudest person.

I placed an order on July 11 2023 with Elite interior for two tables from a NC manufacturer, Sherrill Occasional. Elite said the tables would be in by October. Given they are still not in, 7 months later, and Elite could offer nothing but apologies I contacted the manufacturer, Sherrill Occasional directly. They responded that Elite did not place the order with them until September 20.Elite Interiors received a 50% deposit for $839.20 when I placed the order. This means they held my money for over 2 months without placing my order. I am not their personal banker! I communicated with them multiple times and they never admitted to not placing the order. They are not a reputable company.

Caution! They will not call me back or email me and I don't have the 2nd of two chairs that was ordered. Had to send one back with damage on 10/16/2023. Called many times and sent emails for an update and today is 1/15/2024 still no response. I would consider mine and others current feedback before placing an order. My experience with Jay and his staff is no different than what others are saying.
