I always have a great experience at the Express store in Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality of the clothes is consistently good. Marquis, in particular, stands out—he’s always attentive, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to help. His excellent customer service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Erica(hope I spelled it right) was a lifesaver for me tonight!! I was already feeling defeated trying to find something nice for a party this weekend. And was telling my fiance I give up. Well Erica came through not only made me feel reassured about my shirt and vest but found some pants that actually fit me and made my fiancé laugh! Truly appreciate her and helping me and my fiancé!!! Thank you Erica!!! You are AMAZING

Just outside 30 days of their ridiculous return policy. Was met with attitude from the assistant and store manager when trying to do a return on a suit I bought for my wedding. They wouldn’t do an exchange or return at all even though that same suit is still a current offering. Tags still on never worn 3 weeks past the 30 day window. Shame on me for letting life happen. I have the express credit card and they still treat you terrible. (I have had fraud in my card 3 times and still kept with them) they are the real FRAUDSTERS. Keeping people’s hard earned money during a recession👍🏻. Appears the company is about BANKRUPT and is going to be closing stores, hopefully this being one of them. Go to brooks brothers for your suits, way better customer service and quality for the same prices. Called corporate customer service and they gave the same response. Don’t buy anything that you may have a chance you may want to return. Actually don’t buy anything from here at all.

I stopped into Express at Coastal Grand Mall for the first time August 6th. My experience here was wonderful as I was searching for more professional clothing in my early 20’s. My experience here would not have been the same if a wonderful employee, Oscar, hadn’t have gone out of his way to help me. While browsing through items, he asked if I’d like to be set up in a dressing room so I wouldn’t have to carry what I picked out around. I have never had this great of an experience due to an employee at Coastal Grand let alone any mall I had ever been to. Will be shopping here again in the future!

I have been shopping at Coastal Grand store for years with my children. This is our favorite store. When they return home from college this is their first stop. The clothes are nice, and classy with a variety of styles. The store manager is the best! The staff members are also very courteous and professional. We are always comfortable shopping there. They are pleasant and kind to offer online ordering for specific size requests. Just always exceptional customer service!

I usually go in there from time to time to explore the different assortment of suit blazers and buy things at times. The quality of the products is awesome. The staff and manager are always friendly and have good styles. I can always get good inspirational wardrobe ideas from this company and the staff.

After shopping at an Express at Westfield mall FL, I was reminded why I love my local Express. The manager in Myrtle Beach has created a culture of service and it radiates from every employee in that store. If I based my Express experience on the store I just left, you would have lost a loyal customer!!

Loved the store and costumer service, but today I walked to the store and they wore playing Russian music when it is WAR in Ukraine and today they bombed Kyiv, and people wore killed. Sorry but not my favorite store anymore.

Loved this place me and my husband went here and husband wanted me to take him into booth rooms so I did and loved that we could tease and show off with me in my short dress with nothing under loved to have some guys be able to feel on me and meet ppl around there alot of fun guys that loved to tell my husband how much they loved how wet I was

Best customer service ever. Can’t remember the guys name (he has black hair) that helped me pick out the Chelsea boots but he was fantastic!Gave me lots of ideas for outfits and told me about the sale that was happening. Will definitely be shopping here again.
